The Blue Of Krishna — The Mirror Neuron Effect - The Union

This meditation is about ending the poison of comparison. Mirror neurons fire when we act and when we see others act. But we have trained them to code another's win as our loss. Krishna did not resent Radha's fairness; he colored her. He expanded his self-definition to include her radiance.

In this practice, you bring to mind someone you envy. You see blue powder in your palms and gently color their forehead. They reach back with pink and color yours. The colors mix. Their win becomes part of your field.
