Creating balance in our lives takes continuous effort and never is fully realized.
But working in this area can bring a more harmonious and enjoyable existence.
So let's begin.
Find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
Sit with a straight spine and take a deep breath in and release.
Breathe in deeply again and release full.
Breathe in one more time and release fully.
Settle into that softer,
Gentler,
More natural breath.
Just feel each breath soothe your body and calm your mind.
Bringing your attention to the base of your spine.
Notice how your body is well balanced as you sit in this physical space.
The base of your spine,
Your root chakra is the center of gravity in your body right now.
Feel how this balances your body in this position.
Your body is stacked properly upward from this chakra.
As you continue with the breath,
Imagine the vortex of your root chakra moving in that circular motion.
Feel the flow of that energy.
No longer you view this,
The smoother the flow will become.
Returning balance to this chakra.
Returning balance to your life.
As this flow smooths out,
View anything in your life doing the same.
Whatever in your life that has not been in alignment or flow will come to your mind.
Whatever may be out of balance in your life.
As the energy continues to flow smoothly,
Imagine smoothing out each of those things.
In this mantra,
I am balanced in all areas of my life.
Go through each area of your life.
Bring to mind your career or work life.
In this moment,
Feel the flow.
Recite it again.
I am balanced in my work life and career.
Moving through the different areas one at a time.
Education.
I am balanced in my education.
Physical activity.
I am balanced in my physical activity.
See it in your mind's eye.
I am balanced in my finances.
See it and feel it.
Creativity.
I am balanced in my creativity.
Spirituality.
I am balanced in my spirituality.
Joy.
I am balanced in joy.
Social life.
My social life is balanced.
Relationships.
I have balance in my relationships.
Home life.
I have balance in my home life.
I feel it.
I see it.
I love it.
Wellness.
I have balance in my wellness.
I have balance in all areas of my life.
Feel this balance settling over your body.
Stretching throughout your life.
Now you can come back to your fully balanced life.
In the physical space here and now.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Start to wiggle your fingers and toes and come back when you are ready.
