Hello and welcome to your radiance and self-worth sleep meditation.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Lying down.
Begin by taking three deep breaths,
Three deep centering and grounding breaths to bring you into this present moment.
Begin by breathing in through the nose and exhaling long and slow out the mouth.
Once again,
In through the nose.
Last one,
In through the nose.
Take another sip of air at the top and exhale long and slow out the mouth.
Feel your body relaxing,
Feel your energy winding down.
You are breathing softly and easily and effortlessly,
Fully here in this moment.
Bring your attention to the crown of your head.
Feel the energy gathering there.
Breathe into this space.
Allow your attention to travel down to your third eye,
Releasing any tension there.
Allowing your eyebrows to release and let go.
Relaxing the corners of your eyes,
Letting the eyes sink even deeper.
Feel your temples relaxing,
Your cheeks relaxing.
Feel the air at the tip of your nose.
Relax your upper lip,
Your lower lip.
Feel the inside of the mouth.
Allow the tongue to relax deeper into the throat.
Feel your jaw releasing.
Now bring your attention to your scalp.
Allow your scalp to completely let go.
As you bring your attention down to your neck and down into your shoulders,
Upper arms,
Lower arms.
Take a deep breath into the heart space.
Feel it opening and expanding.
You are relaxed and you are receptive.
You are ready to receive the wisdom and the words that you know are true.
Now,
Down your upper back and your lower back and your attention meets in your pelvis.
Relax your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your lower leg,
Your ankles,
Soles of the feet,
Tops of the feet,
All ten.
Allow yourself to completely and deeply and fully relax.
There is nowhere you need to be.
Bring your attention to the crown of your head and feel it opening.
Bring your attention to your third eye and feel it opening.
Bring your attention to your heart center and feel it opening.
You know that the words that you are about to hear are the truth.
The absolute truth of who you are.
Nothing could be truer than these words.
You are radiant.
You are magnificent.
There has never been anyone on the planet quite like you.
You are magic.
You are powerful.
You are a dream come true.
Your life is unfolding perfectly.
You are a fountain of wisdom.
You know how to love and care for yourself.
You know how to get everything that you want.
