I'm so happy that you've taken the time out of your day to invest in your well-being and your happiness and I just want to say thank you for being here with me today.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in and a long exhale out.
The focus of this meditation is happiness.
Your happiness is fundamental to every area of your life.
When you're happy,
You're also more positive and radiating beautiful energy out into the world.
That energy attracts more beauty,
Love,
And positivity into your life.
Your happiness is so powerful it creates a ripple effect in the world.
Being happy not only makes everything in your life better,
But your positivity affects the people around you.
Your happiness becomes the inspiration for other people's happiness.
Just by the very nature of you being here on this gorgeous abundant planet,
You deserve to be happy.
There is nothing that you need to do to deserve or earn your happiness.
Happiness and well-being are your birthright.
You have absolutely everything you need to be your happiest self right now.
You don't need anything outside of yourself to be happy.
You just need to tap into the happiness wellspring that is inside of you.
For you,
At your core,
Our happiness.
For the next 10 minutes,
I'm asking you to focus on the happiness that is within you and all around you.
The more you focus on this happiness,
The more you consciously choose it,
The more you will attract more of it into your life.
