This practice is a form of conscious connected breathing,
Often referred to as holotropic style breathwork.
It's designed to support your emotional release,
Nervous system,
And to have a deeper connection to yourself.
Today,
Our intention is to release any stuck emotions that's in the way of our power,
Our intention and our presence.
So as you breathe,
You may experience sensations in the body,
Some shifts in emotions,
Somatic processing where the body needs to shake or move.
You also may want to tone or let out some sounds during this journey.
I invite you to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
Stay connected to your body and your breath,
As you are always in control of your journey.
And at any time you can pause or return to the normal breathing.

We bring up emotion as we process through the breath.

And imagining a golden healing light all around the body holding you safely.
And sending up your intention or prayer today.
