Welcome to the New Moon Meditation.
Every New Moon is a great time to set intentions and to really consider what you would like to bring more of into your life.
So as we go within today,
I would like you to consider what this New Moon cycle means to you.
So go ahead now and get comfortable.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,
All the way down into your belly and exhale through the mouth.
Centering yourself here now.
Allowing each breath now to guide you deeper into relaxation.
Perhaps you can imagine being somewhere that feels magical to you.
Maybe you're imagining looking at this New Moon and how it looks in the sky with the stars all around it.
And just relaxing under the moonlight.
Letting that New Moon now represent a new beginning.
In the same way that we are reminded with every breath,
That every breath is a new beginning.
Let the New Moon now remind you that you can always start again.
And that right now is the perfect time to start and to set those intentions.
As you take the next few breaths,
Let them flow all the way down into your belly,
Allowing you to relax deeper now.
I'd like you to consider the very known words,
Energy flows where attention goes.
And let those words guide you into setting those intentions for yourself.
It helps you consider what do I want to give my attention to.
What do I want to grow in my life,
To have more of,
So that I can enjoy more,
Have more joy.
I give you a moment here to just consider that.
What do I want to give my attention to?
What do I want to give my energy to,
So that I can attract more of that into my life.
Let whatever is coming to you now inspire you to set the intentions for yourself that feels right to you.
Setting these intentions right here under the New Moon,
Connecting to this beautiful energy here,
This manifesting energy.
Start to imagine how the next week or the next month will feel and look and sound to you with these intentions in place.
What are those intentions helping you attract into your life?
What are the people,
Opportunities,
Energy,
Feelings,
Joy,
Laughter,
Happiness,
Love.
Imagine taking a moment here just to feel that,
To hear that,
To see that.
Is there one specific intention that's really important to you,
That you want to set right now?
Perhaps imagining that you're holding a balloon in your hand.
You're sticking that intention on that balloon.
And then as you set it,
You let the balloon just float up into the air now,
Up towards the Moon.
And in a moment,
As you open your eyes and come back to the space you're in,
You will know that you have set this intention successfully for yourself tonight.
So go ahead and take a deep breath in,
Sealing this meditation and come back to the space you're in as you open your eyes.
