This is a daily meditation for those going through an IVF cycle.

It will help you counteract the stress and anxiety and uncertainty of this process.

Find a safe and warm spot,

Seated or laying down.

Support your spine in a comfortable way.

Take a few moments to close your eyes and let's focus on our breath,

Letting it fall into a gentle and even rhythm.

Place one hand on your chest,

Over your heart,

And another on your belly.

And as you take a deep breath in through the nose,

Let your belly fill up and gently let it fall back as you exhale.

And as you inhale,

Imagine each breath as a wave of hope and light that carries you towards success.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself releasing any worries or doubts that may be obstructing the path to achieving your desired outcome.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful environment,

Surrounded by a beautiful,

Warm,

And illuminating light.

This light is peace,

It's hope.

With each breath,

Knowing it is always there for you.

Focus on the calm energy radiating from the light and let its vibrance embrace your whole being.

Breathe in its peace and power,

Feeling its protective force surrounding you from any negativity or fear.

And within this brilliant aura of light is the love and support that exists,

Sending healing vibes throughout your whole being.

Sit in the space.

When you're ready,

Take one deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Feel peace.

Take a moment to appreciate how far you've come and how strong you are.

You can do this,

And you are never alone on this journey.
