Transcript

This is a soulful meditation on Tao,

The wisdom of inner silence.

Think before you speak.

Be brief and precise,

For every word you let out is a portion of your qi,

Energy,

Being released.

In this way,

You will learn the art of speaking without losing energy.

Never make promises you cannot keep.

Do not complain or use words that project negative images for everything created by your words,

Charged with qi,

Will manifest around you.

If you have nothing good,

True or useful to say,

It is better to remain silent.

Learn to be like a mirror.

Observe and reflect energy.

The universe is the best example of a mirror given to us by nature.

It unconditionally receives our thoughts,

Emotions,

Words and actions and sends back the reflection of our own energy through the circumstances of our lives.

If you identify with success,

You will have success.

If you identify with failure,

You will have failure.

The circumstances we live are merely external manifestations of our inner dialogue.

Learn to be like the new universe,

Listening and reflecting energy without dense emotions or prejudice.

By being a mirror with a calm and silent mind,

Without imposing personal opinions or reacting emotionally,

You allow true,

Flowing communication.

Do not take yourself too seriously.

Be humble.

The more you present yourself as a superior,

Intelligent or powerful,

The more you become a prisoner of your own image,

Living intention and illusion.

Be discreet and preserve your private life.

By doing so,

You free yourself from the opinions of others and live a peaceful,

Benevolent,

Invisible,

Mysterious and undefinable life,

Like the Tao.

Do not compete with others.

The Earth,

Which nurtures us,

Provides everything we need.

Trust yourself.

Protect your inner peace by avoiding the traps and manipulations of others.

Do not commit easily or act hastily without deep awareness of the situation.

Take a moment of inner silence to reflect on what presents itself,

And only then make your decision.

This builds self-trust and wisdom.

If there is something you do not know or have no answer to,

Accept it.

Not knowing is uncomfortable for the ego,

Which wants to know everything,

Be right and give personal opinions.

But in reality,

The ego knows nothing.

It only pretends to.

Avoid judging or criticizing.

Each time you judge someone,

You're only expressing a personal opinion and that is a waste of energy.

Judging is just a way to hide your own weaknesses.

Whatever bothers you in others is a reflection of what you have not resolved within yourself.

Let others solve their own problems.

Focus your energy on your own life.

Take care of yourself.

Do not defend yourself.

When you defend yourself,

You give too much importance to others' words and empower their aggression.

If you accept not defending yourself,

You show that others' opinions do not affect you,

That they are just opinions and you don't need to convince anyone in order to be happy.

Your inner silence makes you unshakable.

Use silence regularly to educate your ego,

Which has the bad habit of talking all the time.

Practice the art of not speaking.

Take a few hours to abstain from words.

This is an excellent exercise to experience the boundless universe of the Tao rather than trying to explain what the Tao is.

Gradually you will develop the art of speaking without speaking and your true,

Inner nature will replace your artificial personality,

Allowing the light of your heart and the power of silence to shine through.

Thanks to this strength,

You will attract all you need for your self-realization and complete liberation.

But be aware,

Make sure the ego does not infiltrate.

Power remains pure only when the ego stays calm and silent.

If the ego imposes and abuses this power,

It becomes poison and will quickly poison you.

Remain in silence.

Cultivate your inner power.

Respect the life of all beings.

Do not force,

Manipulate or control others.

Become your own master and let others be who they are capable of becoming.

In other words,

Live by following the sacred path of the Tao.
