We will clarify,
Illuminate,
And brighten your path forward.
Now let's begin.
Find a comfortable seat or lie down.
Feel your scalp,
Temples,
And jaw soften.
Allow the tension in your neck and shoulders to melt back and down.
Feel the space underneath your heart lighten.
Feel your belly as it naturally goes up and down softly as you breathe.
Allow your hips and legs to be supported by the surface underneath you.
Take a moment to soften into this space,
Into this time.
It is yours.
Now let's take a deep breath in together,
And sigh it out.
Another deep breath in,
And releasing it all out.
One more deep breath in together,
And really fill up,
And let it all go.
Now begin to breathe normally.
You are here in this time to gain clarity on something that keeps coming into your experience.
You may feel like you don't have the answer,
Or that it's just out of reach.
But everything that you need,
And everything that you are,
Is complete.
We are going to exercise your gifts now.
Now think to the scenario,
The circumstance,
Or the topic that you want clarity on.
Perhaps you want to know if a relationship in your life is what you should continue.
Whether it's work-related,
Familial,
Or something else.
You're going to hold this topic in your mind,
And say it out loud in a few words,
Followed by the word,
Yes.
Then you will repeat it,
Followed by the word,
No.
Then you are going to allow your guidance system to tell you which one feels right in your gut.
The most powerful decision-maker in the universe.
Now let's begin with an example.
Is this career path I'm on right now,
The right one?
The right one for me,
Yes.
Is this career path I'm on,
The right one for me,
No.
Allow yourself to feel the difference between what your gut is telling you when you follow the statement with a yes or a no.
Allow yourself at this time to say your statement to yourself with the word,
Yes.
And then again with the word,
No.
Continue to say this statement with the word,
Yes,
Or the word,
No,
After it.
Until there is a dominant feeling around which one,
Yes,
Or no,
Feels right.
Or which one,
Yes,
Or no,
Feels most true to you.
Now that you have had this moment to observe the topic that you want clarity on,
We will seal together the new clarity that you have uncovered from your divine knowing.
And we will do this with a series of three breaths.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Sigh it out.
Another last delicious breath together.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
And seal in all that amazing clarity.
