Ease into your seat,

Allow your muscles to relax,

Quiet your thoughts,

Breathe in and out,

In and out,

In and out,

One more time in and out,

Allow your breathing to return to normal.

As you sit,

Ask yourself what you need,

What is it that will make you more at ease,

More comfortable,

How can you get it,

Whatever it is has to be something you already have access to,

Nothing external,

Nothing someone else has to provide,

Nothing you need to purchase or seek,

Whatever you need is within and you can reach it.

Dig deep,

Once you find it,

Hold on,

An easy grip around it,

Allow it to fill your body from the top of your head to the very bottom of your feet,

Feel the comfort overcome you.

Now that you found it,

Don't let it go,

Hang on to it all day.
