Open to listen to what your body needs.
Releasing all other thoughts that have captured your attention until now.
Let your body be at ease.
Breathe in and out of your mouth.
Letting each breath guide your thoughts.
With each inhale allow your mind to consider what you are grateful for.
Inhale this breath.
Exhale.
Inhale waking up this morning.
Exhale.
Inhale a moment to meditate.
Exhale.
Continue on your own with each inhale state what you are thankful for today in this moment.
Now that you have the hang of it,
I'm sure you can continue for another minute.
I can let you go on for longer and feel free to do so.
But if you'd like to stop here,
Allow your breathing to return to normal.
But don't forget this exercise.
With each thought of gratitude,
You chase away the negativity.
So whatever you do,
Don't stop being grateful.
