The lies of old.
With each breath,

In this moment,
I choose to see the beauty within,
The love that's free.
With self-compassion as my guide,

For you are worthy,

Embrace yourself and feel love's gentle touch.
As we settle in,
Just take a moment,
Bring your attention to your breath and notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest,
The rhythm of your breath flowing effortlessly in and out of you.
Feel the soothing sensation as the air fills your lungs and nourishes your body.
And as you exhale,
Allow any tension or worry to melt away.
As you continue to breathe,
Imagine yourself in a serene and peaceful place full of natural beauty.
Picture a place filled with vibrant flowers and lush greenery.
Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin as its gentle rays envelope you in a comforting embrace.
The air is crisp,
Invigorating,
Fills your senses with a renewed energy.
In this space,
You notice a gentle stream meandering nearby.
Its crystal clear waters flow effortlessly,
Carrying away any lingering doubts or self-criticisms you may have.
As you approach the stream,
You see a small wooden bridge spanning its width.
Go ahead and take a step onto the bridge.
Feel the solid support beneath your feet.
Take a moment to pause here and allow yourself to reflect on the journey that you've been on so far through your life.
Notice the areas where you may have been hard on yourself or lacked self-compassion.
Without any judgment,
Observe these moments and let them go.
Allow the water of the stream rushing beneath you to wash away any self-criticism or negativity you may have.
Now take a step onto the bridge a little farther and imagine that you're stepping further into yourself.
Feel a gentle warmth radiating from within you.
As the stream's healing waters gently cleanse and nurture your soul,
Every breath you take brings you a deep sense of self-acceptance.
With every exhale,
You release lingering resistance or self-doubt.
As you reach the other side of the bridge,
Take a moment to bask in the sense of renewal and inner peace that surrounds you.
Feel the loving support of the universe.
Remember you are worthy,
You are deserving of compassion,
You are deserving of kindness.
Let's bring the attention back to the breath and anchor ourselves in the present moment.
Each inhale,
Affirm to yourself,
I am deserving of compassion.
With each exhale,
Let go of any self-judgment or doubt.
Continue saying this to yourself as you focus on your breath for a few minutes.

Notice how you feel.
