Hi my love,
Welcome to the space between dreaming and doing.
I invite you to take a moment to arrive.
You don't need to sit in any particular way,
You don't need to feel calm,
You don't need to know what you're doing.
Just notice that you're here.
And if it feels okay,
Gently bring your attention to your breath.
Not to change it,
Not to control it,
But simply to notice it.
The inhale arriving,
The exhale leaving.
Let your body be however it needs to be today.
There's nothing to fix before we begin.
This meditation isn't about finding answers or figuring anything out.
It's an invitation to create space for honesty,
To reveal itself.
If you're noticing pressure,
Pressure to relax,
Pressure to do this right,
Pressure to have a big realization,
Invite that pressure to soften.
Silently saying,
I am allowed to be exactly where I am.
Now bring your awareness gently into your body.
Notice where you're being supported,
By the chair,
The floor,
The ground beneath you.
Let yourself lean into that support.
You are allowed to receive support.
If it feels helpful,
Place a hand on your chest or your belly.
Feeling the warmth,
The groundedness,
And silently say,
I am allowed to be exactly where I am.
Somewhere inside you,
There may be a dream,
A desire,
Or a quiet longing that hasn't fully gone away.
Not necessarily something loud or dramatic.
Maybe it's soft and subtle.
Maybe it's something you've postponed,
Minimized,
Or talked yourself out of.
This practice isn't about forcing your truth to wake up.
It's about creating warmth and comfort so your truth knows that it's welcome.
I invite you to gently ask yourself,
Without pressure,
What has been quietly asking for my attention?
Your answer might arrive as words.
It might arrive as images.
It might just arrive as a feeling,
A pull,
A buzz,
A sense of aliveness.
And if nothing comes,
That's okay too.
Being is enough.
If something does arise,
Notice how your body responds.
Does your breath change?
Does anything soften?
Does anything tighten?
Let whatever is here,
Be here.
This is not a moment for judgment or practicality.
You are not deciding anything.
You are simply noticing.
Imagine for a moment that you don't need to leap.
You don't need to have the whole path mapped out.
You don't need to know what the next step is right now.
Just notice what it feels like in your body to give yourself permission to begin slowly.
If self-doubt shows up,
See if you can meet it.
Meet it with curiosity rather than resistance.
It's just doing its job to shield and protect you.
If it feels available,
I invite you to silently say,
Thank you for protecting me.
You don't need to work so hard right now.
I am okay.
Now,
Gently bring your attention to the idea of willingness.
Not willingness as effort.
Not willingness as forcing yourself forward.
But willingness as openness.
The willingness to listen without fixing.
The willingness to stay present without rushing.
The willingness to let the next step reveal itself in time.
Willingness doesn't ask you to be courageous or certain.
It doesn't require clarity or confidence.
It begins exactly where you are.
You might quietly say to yourself,
I don't need to know the way forward to be willing.
I only need to be here.
And notice what shifts in your body when the pressure to push yourself begins to soften.
And the next step arises naturally from presence,
Rather than something you have to force.
Take a deep breath here.
In through the nose.
And a slow exhale through the mouth.
Let yourself feel the simplicity of this moment.
Nothing is missing.
Nothing is required.
Before we close,
I invite you to gently ask yourself,
What would it feel like to trust myself a little more?
Not all at once.
Not perfectly.
Just enough for today.
When you're ready,
Begin to bring awareness back to your surroundings.
The sounds around you.
The surface beneath you.
Take this feeling with you.
Not as a task,
But as a companion.
Let willingness be enough.
The truth doesn't need to be forced or rushed.
You've already begun by listening.
