Hello beautiful people,

Thank you for joining me for this strength meditation.

This meditation came about after last week I was struggling with a decision I had to make.

I was trying to find inner strength and started wondering where it came from and how I can easily access it at all times.

I know you're probably here because you're needing to find a little bit of strength to carry on or maybe you're facing a tough decision or you could just be worn out and tired.

However you're feeling,

Whatever you're going through,

I am so happy you're here and you have joined me and all the other people that are going to be listening to this in whichever part of the world you're located in and given yourself this time.

So let's just take some deep breaths and really start to focus on the idea of strength.

What is strength?

Where does strength come from?

You hear of mind-blowing things happening with people's physical strength when someone they love is in danger.

Like a woman lifting a car off their child with her being able to have almost superhuman-like physical strength.

But what about mental and emotional strengths?

Is there part of us that can tap into this superhuman strength with our mental and emotional body?

How do we get that and where does that come from?

Can we access it all the time?

The answer is yes.

Strength resides within each of us all and we all have the ability to tap in and find our inner strength even during our hardest days,

During our weakest moments,

And during the toughest decisions we've had to make.

We can all find strength through everything we go through.

So as you settle into this practice,

Feel free to do this seated or lying down.

Just get comfortable wherever you're at and really commit to giving yourself this little piece of time.

Start to focus on the heart space and take some nice slow breaths into the heart space.

Slow,

Easy breaths in and easy breaths out.

Keep focusing on your heart space,

Allowing it to expand and contract with every breath.

And while you breathe,

Let's repeat the mantra.

I am strong.

I am strong.

Say it with confidence.

Say it as it's already true.

I am strong.

I can face any challenges that are put in my path.

I can face any challenges that are put in my path.

I do my best through all of life's challenges.

I have all that I need to make it through.
