Water meditation with the intention to flow and emotionally release,

Surrendering to movement,

Embracing ease and adaptability.

Eyes can stay open or closed.

Notice if you can become even 1% more comfortable here.

Take a clearing breath in through the nose.

Exhale.

Imagine a gentle river flowing within you.

The water moves effortlessly,

Carrying away what no longer serves you.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Inhale like waves rolling onto the shore.

Exhale like water receding back into the ocean.

Notice how your breath,

Like water,

Is not stagnant.

It moves.

It adapts.

It flows.

Exhale.

Let go of any resistance.

Trust that just like water,

You can soften into spaces of life with grace.

Inhale and feel the fluidity within you.

Exhale when you're ready.

We'll take a final breath together.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

Sigh it out.
