Let's root into presence,

Finding stillness in the body and mind.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

Eyes can remain open or closed.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Feel the weight of your body,

Supported by the earth beneath you.

Take a breath in,

Ground deeper exactly where you are.

Imagine roots extending from your spine,

Anchoring deep into the soil.

With every inhale,

Draw in strength and stability.

With every exhale,

Release tension and rest into the support of the earth.

Take a breath in,

Exhale.

Feel the solidity beneath you,

The ancient wisdom of the land holding you.

Feel steady.

Feel safe.

Feel your belonging.

Remember you are earth.

Final breath in,

Exhale,

Ground deeper.

Take a moment to thank the earth for its nourishment.

Slowly bringing awareness back into your body through your fingers and toes.

If the eyes are closed,

Find a gentle opening.

Notice the space around you.

Breathe and carry this grounded energy with you.
