Sacred Grief

As the anniversary of my husband's death approaches, I offer this healing meditation with the sound contribution of my earth angel (aged 8) to all of you grieving. This file is raw, it has not been rehearsed, and yet we hope that our prayers and intentions of healing will reach you. Whatever your loss, with this meditation you enter our prayers. That was so beautiful, and heartfelt.

I could fall asleep so I got up and found this meditation to mourn the loss of what could have been my 40th anniversary of my first marriage. Though that marriage ended 24 years ago of my own choosing, it would have been a special day today if it had lasted. But, instead it ended and through the sadness, I found myself and then I found the true love of my life.

So though there is no celebratory party, I still give thanks that life brought me on this path that has led to so much happiness. It does get better. Thank you for this sweet, heartfelt meditation. 🙏 💙🦋
