When we’ve lost someone we love, we might want to communicate and connect with them again for clarity, comfort, solace, or just cause we miss their presence. But sometimes, this can be challenging when our minds are full of day-to-day stresses. Hello,

My name is Francisca and welcome to this soothing meditation for connecting with your loved one.

When we've lost someone we love,

We might want to communicate with them,

Maybe to gain some clarity,

Comfort,

Solace,

Or just because we miss their presence.

But sometimes,

Connecting with our loved ones can be challenging when our minds are full of day-to-day stresses and everything else that we have to do.

So,

In today's practice,

We'll gently call upon our loved ones,

Our angels and guides for clear and powerful connection.

When a loved one transitions from physical to non-physical,

It's believed that they have access to infinite intelligence and that they can communicate with us in multiple ways.

They can try to communicate with us through our path of least resistance.

So,

Pay special attention to any sensations you may notice or feelings you experience,

Like smells,

Songs,

Images,

Memories,

Or thoughts that come up throughout this meditation.

And before we go inward together,

Just a loving reminder to be gentle with yourself,

Noticing what's true for you in this moment.

Feel yourself arrive here and now.

Letting your breath be natural as we call upon our loved ones,

Angels,

And guides to help us feel what we need to feel,

Hear what we need to hear,

And release what no longer serves us for the highest good of all.

May we be guided,

Supported,

And protected throughout this meditation.

Slowly bringing your attention and awareness to your surrounding area,

Noticing the surface underneath you and how it's supporting you.

Seeing how leaning into the support available to you can create a softening in your muscles.

Softly sinking deeper into self.

Inhale filling your lungs slowly in your own time.

Inhale filling up slowly in your own time.

Pause at the top,

Feeling the expansion of time.

Then exhale feeling release.

Few more mindful breaths like that.

Inhale filling your lungs slowly.

Pause at the top,

Then exhale feeling release.

One more time,

Deep inhale into the belly.

Hold at the top.

Exhale through an open mouth.

Just following the breath,

Focusing on the microseconds between the inhales and the exhales.

Feeling the awareness as you land in your body.

Landing in your breath.

Landing in your inner world as you start to observe.

Observing from the seat of your soul.

Allowing comfort and ease to fall upon you as you soften your muscles one by one.

From the top of your head to the toes on your feet.

Feeling tension releasing.

Lengthening and deepening your inhales.

Softening and releasing on the exhales.

Are you open to receiving guidance and support from your loved ones?

Are you open to the grace and the divine connection that exists within you?

And it's okay if you're not sure or if you're feeling a little bit resistant.

Be gentle as you allow your muscles to soften and release.

Inhaling again filling your lungs slowly in your own time.

Pausing at the top,

Feeling the expansion of time.

Then exhaling,

Feeling release with an open mouth.

One more breath like that.

And what would it feel like to lean in and soften one percent more?

Maybe rolling the shoulders back.

What would it feel like to open up a bit more,

Leaning into the support of your loved one?

And in this relaxed state,

I wonder if you could recall your favorite memory of your loved one as they were in living life.

What were you doing?

What were you wearing?

Who was there?

How did you move?

How did they move?

What smells come to mind?

What sensations do you feel?

What did they say to you?

Be gentle as you recall your loved one's personality and how they communicated with you.

Soft and gentle.

Letting your breath lengthen and deepen.

Softening the exhales.

Softening the exhales.

Softening the exhales.

Softening the exhales.

I wonder if you can imagine having a conversation with them right here and right now.

What are they wearing?

What is your environment like?

Are you inside or outside?

Is it hot,

Cold,

Rainy,

Snowy,

Or just perfect?

Are you walking together hand in hand,

Watching the sunset?

Maybe you're sitting across from one another with a warm cup of tea in hand.

Maybe having some playful banter while you're catching up.

For the next few moments,

I invite you to explore those questions and I'm going to stay and interact,

Dance,

And play with your loved one.

Just go you you you you you you you you you you you you And it's time to close this practice Feel the warmth of your loved ones energy as they lovingly shine protective comfort towards your soul know that you are always loved,

Supported,

Guided and protected by your loved ones and exchange any words,

Thoughts,

Feelings or ideas with them before we end the session slowly calling your energy back into your body back into the breath that's flowing through your body feel yourself pulling strength from the surface beneath you feel energy rising up through the bottom of your feet as you take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth feel the energy moving and invigorating every cell of your body as you take a deep breath in from the toes up through the spine and out through the crown of your head feel light emanating and energizing throughout your entire being your energy becoming more vibrant as it shines brightly around you feel your feet on the surface underneath you as you wiggle your toes through your hands notice what they're laying against and maybe wiggle fingers as we come back we're going to take two deep full inhales through the nose long exhale out through the mouth again calling your energy back the last one again know that your loved one is always with you in spirit you can come back to this meditation whenever you feel like you'd like to connect with your loved one thank you for taking the time to focus on your well-being my name is Francisca and I look forward to guiding you in another meditation soon bye
