Welcome to this healing meditation for a loved one.
My name is Francisca,
And I'm honored to be your guide.
When someone we love is sick,
It can be scary.
We might feel hopeless and almost like there isn't anything for us to do to help them.
And while we cannot create in anybody else's reality,
We can send them healing energy.
So that's what we'll do in today's meditation.
We're sending our loved one healing energy.
Just finding some time and space to make yourself just a little bit more comfortable if you can.
Whether you're in the ER waiting room,
In the lobby of the hospital,
Taking a walk,
Or at home.
And if it's safe to do so,
Either close your eyes or soften your gaze.
And just take a moment for yourself.
Feel your breath as it flows in and out.
Allowing your breath to deepen just a little bit more.
Inhaling into the belly,
Exhaling through the mouth.
Just thinking of your loved one and how much love you have for them in your heart.
Inhaling into the belly,
Exhaling through the mouth.
And whether this person is laying in a hospital bed or laying at home ill,
I wonder if you can imagine your loved one with the biggest smile,
A smile that can light up a room.
And you see them healthy,
Whole,
And healed.
Imagine your loved one just smiling with ease and comfort.
This is who your loved one is.
Though they may be sick right now,
That's not who they are.
And I wonder if you can imagine a bright golden light above the top of your loved one's head.
And this bright golden light carries in it divine healing intervention energy.
This energy flows into the crown of your loved one's head.
Soothing their forehead,
Softening their eyes.
Softening their jaw and their cheeks.
Running down the scalp of their head.
Feeling their whole brain and all the membranes and cells in their head with healing,
Restoring,
Rejuvenating light.
And this restoring,
Renewing energy fills every cell in their brain with a message of healing,
Regeneration,
And clearing.
Those cells send messages through the entire body.
Messages to free,
Regenerate,
And heal,
Renew,
Restore.
And that healing light flows into their throat through their nasal cavity,
Reinvigorating every cell in their body.
That healing energy flows down into their chest and into the lungs,
Delivering the right amount of oxygen into each lung.
Pumping their body with vital life energy,
Vital life force.
Renewing,
Reinvigorating,
Realigning every cell of their body.
And that healing energy flows into their chest,
Into the heart.
Filling their blood with love and healing,
Ease,
Energy,
Revitalizing,
Renewing,
Restoring.
Replacing old cells and encouraging gentle recovery.
Healing heart and soul.
And that golden light flows into the liver and gallbladder,
Filtering out anything that no longer serves them.
Filtering out any toxins.
Replacing,
Renewing,
Mending,
Rebuilding,
Restoring,
Regenerating,
Soothing,
Treating,
Healing.
That energy flows into their digestive tract,
Renewing,
Revitalizing,
Restoring,
Soothing,
And treating every cell in their body.
That healing energy flows into the outer muscles,
The back,
The low back,
The mid-back,
The shoulders,
The muscles in the arms and fingers and the hands,
Whisking away any tension that your loved one may be feeling.
Rehealing and softening the muscles,
Allowing your loved one to feel ease and comfort.
Divine intervention,
Light,
Energy flows into their legs.
Wrapping that healing energy around their knees,
Replacing,
Restoring,
Mending,
Healing.
And that divine healing light flows into their calf muscles,
Strengthening every cell in their body,
Enhancing healing energy flows down to their feet and ankles.
And that healing divinely guided energy flows all the way down to their toes,
Encompassing your loved one's whole body with revitalized,
Re-energized,
Re-enhanced energy.
Freeing,
Replacing,
Harmonizing,
Renewing,
Wholeheartedly strengthening and encouraging recovery in your loved one's,
Healing them heart and soul.
And that light just fills up the whole room that your loved one is in.
Rehealing all the machines with intelligence and healing energy.
And that room is brightened just as your loved one's smile brightens up a room.
And that room is just brightened with this healing energy.
So that anybody that comes in contact,
Any nurse,
Any health aid,
Any doctor,
Anyone that comes into contact with your loved one is also filled with this healing energy.
And this divinely guided healing energy is also filled with compassion,
Grace,
Love and understanding,
Peace and ease.
So that anybody that comes in contact with your loved one is also filled with compassion,
Grace,
Patience and ease.
And this energy fills the whole room,
The whole unit of the hospital,
Your whole home,
Everything nearby is filled with this divinely guided healing intervention energy.
And this energy now connects to you and back to your heart.
And you are connected to your loved one.
And your loved one is now whole,
Happy,
Healed,
Already restored.
And you see your loved one's face again with a smile that can light up a whole room,
Beautiful and you see them happy,
Healthy,
Healed and whole.
