Okay my friends and welcome to this guided meditation on building self-confidence.
Before we begin,
It's important to get yourself into a comfortable position.
Whether it's lying down or sitting,
Just make sure you're in a place where you can immerse yourself in this experience and really feel the entire dimensions of your body.
Throughout this meditation we're going to be repeating several mantras and the important thing is is to feel these mantras take hold and sink and ground in your body.
When we do this kind of semantic work,
We always want to identify the part of our body that feels most alive when we create a new belief about ourselves.
So let's begin just by taking three breaths.
First let's breathe in through the nose and a long relaxed exhale through the mouth.
Again,
Breathing in through the nose and taking a long relaxed exhale through the mouth.
One more time,
Taking a deep in-breath through the nose and a long exhale through the mouth.
Okay,
The first affirmation that I'll invite you to make is,
I am enough.
Just take the time,
Repeat it slowly,
Whether aloud or in your mind's eye.
And at the same time,
Feel into your body and locate the body part or the area of the body that lights up,
That feels most congruent with the statement.
I am enough.
Okay,
Next one.
Fear is just a feeling.
Fear is just a feeling.
Fear is just a feeling.
Fear is just a feeling.
And notice again in the body where this belief feels the most congruent.
And if fear arises during this,
Just notice it and see it exactly as it is.
Just a collection of physical sensations in the body.
Okay,
Next one.
When I am connected,
I am clear.
Feeling this in the body,
Getting connected to your deeper self,
Getting connected to your authenticity,
And feeling this truth deep within your body,
The clarity that comes with connection.
Okay,
Next affirmation.
I am a unique gift to the world.
I am a unique gift to the world.
And really allow the entirety of your body to be observed and feel the uniqueness of your entire being.
Feel the truth of this statement in your whole body,
In every fiber,
In every cell,
In every limb,
And feel the uniqueness of you.
And your uniqueness alone is a precious gift to this world.
And I want you to repeat this affirmation.
Repeating this and feeling it as many times as you like.
Next affirmation.
Because I am different,
I will make a difference.
Because I am different,
I will make a difference.
And really feel into this one,
Accepting all of the qualities and characteristics that are you.
Accepting you in your entirety.
Knowing that all the things that you may label as positive or negative traits are just qualities that just make you unique and different.
And this difference will allow you when you tap into it,
When you become connected,
Clear,
To make a difference in the world.
Last affirmation,
However,
An extremely important one.
The most important relationship I will ever have is the relationship I have with myself.
Again,
The most important relationship I ever have is the relationship I have with myself.
And just notice the quality of this statement.
The quality of this statement.
Take the time to be grateful and feel into your entire being.
Recognizing the truth that the most important relationship you ever have in this life will be the relationship you have with yourself.
Really allow that to sink in.
And allow that to sink in.
Wonderful.
Take this into your day.
Cherish who you are.
Love who you are.
And create a life in alignment with your deepest self.
And this will lead to a legacy of joy,
