Welcome,

To this visualization to relax the mind for deep sleep.

Sleep is a powerful experience that everyone shares,

Regardless of who they are.

It enables our bodies to heal,

And our minds to resolve issues,

Helping us shape our future.

So are you ready to enter a deeply relaxing state,

And achieve the restful sleep you deserve every night?

If you are,

Let's begin.

First,

Find a small comfortable spot to focus on in front of you.

It can be sitting down,

Or lying down.

The key is to be comfortable,

And having a place of focus.

Keep your eyes fixed on this spot,

And as you do,

I will count down from 10,

And with each number,

I want you to blink with your eyes.

Alright,

10,

Blink,

9,

Blink,

8,

Blink,

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1,

And 0.

Your eyes are now ready to gently close.

As they do,

You will feel a gentle wave of relaxation wash over you completely.

Just feel that,

And let it wash over you and penetrate you in its entirety.

Of course,

Is getting a well-rested night's sleep important to you?

Absolutely.

Sleep is our rest state,

And being awake is our active state.

We need a good balance between resting and activating,

Resting and activating,

Rest and active.

With this balance,

We can achieve any goal we set.

Now again,

I'll invite you to imagine there's a staircase in front of you,

Leading down.

These stairs guide you to the knowledge of restful and rejuvenating sleep.

As I count down from 10,

You will start to descend,

Feeling increasingly relaxed with each step.
