And now from this place of continuous awareness and peace I go inside,

Simply allow that comfortable place inside where you go when you need rest,

Peace and calm to expand.

Feel as each part of your body begins to relax more that you have the sensation of letting go.

Allow the gravity to pull your body however it wants.

Feel each part of your body relax and go limp.

As you breathe comfortably you can relax even more knowing this is the best use of your time right now and simply let go.

Allow that comfortable easy relaxation to cause a temperature on your body to adjust for the most comfortable and relaxing state.

I don't know if there are any sounds in the environment or whether you've let all of those sounds go by the wayside.

As you focus your attention on the inner dimension to which you have placed your awareness inside.

Feel this comfortable place and know that all is well.

You may provide yourself now any adjustment,

Any small change needed so that you can go even deeper.

Take a deep breath,

Let it out and go deeper.

That's right,

Just let it go because inside the quiet,

The joy,

The comfort allows space for every change,

Every growth,

Every new learning that you need to make to happen easily.

And so it is in letting go that you have access to your greatest good.

Become aware that inside you have the ability to regulate every part of your body.

There is part of you that manages your energy,

The amount of effort required to move,

The amount of energy required for every activity.

And it is good to know that you can provide yourself all the energy,

All of the strength,

All of the focused awareness needed for any activity,

Any desire,

Any intention.

You can provide yourself the instructions now to increase that metabolism.

Send a direct message now inside and know that all of your energy centers can become more active,

More activated,

Ready and energized to provide you awareness,

Clarity,

Strength,

Focus,

The wakefulness that you need.

That you need.

Having made that adjustment up to a higher or intense state,

Go ahead and lock that in.

The change is done.

It is amped up.

You have greater capacity now.

You have the ability to both bring more energy to bear as well as to regulate back to this comfortable,

Relaxed and easy state.

When it's time to rest,

When it's time to restore and renew your energies,

You have that wide range of capacity.

It's been there all along.

But now you will have greater awareness that on demand and without your thinking about it,

You have additional energy so that any excess energy that's been stored in your body can be used,

Leaving you with a lean,

Slender,

Healthy,

Vibrant body,

Ready to move,

Ready to respond.

Body that is comfortable,

The appropriate weight,

The appropriate size for the life you need to lead to fulfill all of your goals,

Your dreams,

Your outcomes.

Your body conforms to the intentions that you set in this place at this time.

Lean and light,

Lean and light,

Strong,

Vibrant,

Well-rested,

Strong and ready for everything that you intend.

You will continue to place the priority on the care of your body,

Giving your body,

Giving yourself the proper rest,

So that each night you let it all go,

Leaving the day and its activities,

Its memories and motions all go to rest so that you can sleep peacefully,

Restored and renewed.

And when you wake in the morning,

Each day you will feel the strength and the vitality and the desire to learn and grow and share,

To create new and wonderful things,

Ideas,

Ideas,

Solutions,

The capacity so compelling now that you have the rest that you needed each day.

And as you begin to round out each day,

You will provide yourself the reminder to begin to remember to rewind,

Relax,

Begin to let go,

To enjoy yourself.

Enjoy the evening,

Free of the cares of the day,

Allowing yourself to relax in preparation for a full,

Comfortable,

Restorative night's sleep.

The routine you provide yourself supports this,

The physical actions you take to prepare your body and your mind for the sleep you will enjoy,

The places you will go in your dreams.

And while your body is sleeping,

Your unconscious mind continues to ponder,

Think,

Compare,

Imagine,

Solve problems,

Because that's what it does best,

Leaving you only the job of comfort and relaxation to inquire of that greater part of you,

Which thinks 10,

000 times more quickly,

With greater clarity,

Having access to all memory,

All ideas available to you.

And so it is in the ceasing,

The cessation of grasping,

Of trying,

Of working and wanting.

That is the old method.

And your new method will be to allow that genius within you to emerge in each moment when you let go,

Allowing that flow of thought,

Solutions arise and become clear.

And your only role will be to articulate them,

To write them,

To spell them out,

So they may be enjoyed and employed and employed for the purpose they came forth to deliver.

And so in this way,

All aspects of your life are under your command,

Following the instructions you have provided,

The energy,

Sleep,

Proper fitness,

The nutrition,

And every other element.

These instructions,

These new helpful commands,

Which provide you the structure,

The resources you need,

Know of a certainty that all is well and everything is working out for the perfect unfolding of the purpose you have set forth for your life,

For your activities,

For your self.

If it is right for you to return to active awareness,

You may begin to make that transition now back to a full,

Complete awareness where you may enter into the activities of the day.

And if it is the proper time for you to relax and let go and stay in this restorative,

Comfortable place for the duration,

Allow yourself to enjoy that benefit,

Knowing that each command,

Each statement,

Continues to have its impact,

Its force,

Its helpful instruction for you to accomplish all that you intend.

And so it is.
