Welcome again to this time of inner healing for the body and the mind,

A time of renewal,

Of connection with self and that part of you which manages and maintains your well-being,

Both physically,

Emotionally,

And mentally.

For we know that we are one thing,

A being,

And we use these terms to describe and define different characteristics,

Different aspects of being alive,

But we are one,

And all affect each part.

And for this process,

I invite you to close the eyes,

Get into a comfortable place where you will be able to enjoy the benefits of a time for self-awareness,

Attention,

For it is in this place where you have access to all the resources inside.

And we begin with the breath.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it,

And release.

Another deep breath,

Hold it,

And release.

And continue in this manner for several more breaths,

More oxygen than you normally would need for this activity,

But which will allow you to open up inside,

Sending additional oxygen to every cell in your body as it does automatically,

What it was designed to do,

Circulating water,

Energy,

Oxygen throughout your body.

And I invite you to come to a place where you are ready to go down inside,

Having relaxed the body,

Let everything go,

Feel the tension,

Let it go,

In your hands,

In your wrist,

Your arms,

Your chest,

Neck,

And head,

Your face,

All the muscles throughout your body.

Relax,

Allow gravity to pull you down where it wants to go.

Scan your body and let go.

Your waist,

Your legs,

Your calves,

Your feet,

All at peace.

Imagine a heavy,

Warm,

And comfortable blanket laid on top of you,

Pulling you down for the inner work that you need,

And let go.

As I guide you through this process,

You will hear my voice.

Allow it to guide you,

To walk through the steps of inner well-being,

So you may experience every good thing.

Your body knows how to heal,

Does this process automatically.

We're going to send more messages,

Instructions,

To enhance this process of well-being.

As you continue to breathe,

Allow that relaxation to increase.

Notice in your body,

Where is the most comfortable and relaxed place in your body.

Find that place of comfort,

And just notice it.

I wonder if you could allow that place inside,

That is the most relaxed right now,

To expand.

Feel that place of comfort expanding,

Moving throughout your body,

Flowing to all parts,

So that you are completely calm,

Comfortable,

And relaxed.

Knowing that you can go much deeper than this,

Go deeper now,

And let go.

All the way.

Dropping,

Drifting,

Dreaming,

Sleeping.

The most comfortable and relaxed state you've ever experienced.

For it is inside,

Where you have access,

The part of you who regulates your heart,

The breathing that takes place automatically,

Every day,

All night,

With no instructions,

Serving you,

Regulating your blood pressure,

Digesting food,

Keeping you safe.

That part of you.

Go now,

To the place inside,

That is responsible for your healing.

The body knows,

And has a perfect blueprint for health and wellness.

The DNA in every cell in your body contains that blueprint for complete health and wellness.

Every cell in your body has a copy of that blueprint.

In this way,

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

There is a plan for healing.

Your body knows what is yours,

And what is not yours.

It works automatically to heal,

To fight,

Secure,

And isolate any foreign intruder.

And this is welcome.

It is the plan for your healing.

We give thanks for this process.

If there are responses which are over active,

Too strong for the small,

Non-harmful,

Intruder,

Dust,

Pollen,

Dander,

These are not harmful.

Thank you for the message.

We acknowledge them.

Thank you for keeping me protected.

The response may be too much.

So thank you.

Keep me protected.

And this response is more than is needed.

If there is a virus,

Germ,

Bacteria,

Something harmful,

Thank you for providing the protection to isolate and eliminate.

Hasten that healing,

Providing appropriate response.

Send a message now to feel good,

To feel better.

The message is heard as the healing takes place in response to any foreign matter not native to the body.

The healing begins.

The healing continues.

The message is heard.

And strength,

Vitality,

Well-being returns.

Returns.

Find that good feeling place in your body,

The pattern,

The blueprint that feels good,

Energy,

Health,

Well-being,

And allow that feeling,

That truth to expand,

Double it,

Triple,

Quadruple,

Ten times more powerful.

The healing that moves through your body,

Circulating and informing that health is here,

Healing is here,

Well-being is here.

Is here.

The water you consume cleanses,

Flushes,

And eliminates anything unneeded.

It moves away,

Leaving you clear,

Purified,

And well.

The air you breathe,

The clarity in your face,

In your sinuses,

In your lungs become clear,

Allowing the passage of air for oxygen,

Which heals,

Connects,

And energizes your body.

Your body.

Know the truth of this.

This is the pattern,

The right response.

The message is heard.

The message is acknowledged.

We give thanks for healing,

For well-being is the order of the day.

Healing takes place when awake,

When sleeping,

When walking,

Working,

Playing,

The rest that is necessary for health and well-being continues at all times,

And for this,

We give thanks.

This is the way of well-being,

And we give thanks.

Allow that energy to continue after this time inside.

This is the way,

The pattern.

There is movement,

There is healing,

There is peace for the body,

Calm for the mind,

And activation of the spirit as things return to normal,

To well-being,

To full and complete health so that you are ready and able to fulfill the purpose for which you came forth in this life.

The message is heard,

And we give thanks.

And so it is.

If it is right for you now to return to normal wakefulness,

You may begin that process now,

Coming back for what is to remain in this day,

The health and the well-being continues.

And if it is right for you to remain in this place of continual well-being,

Health and healing continues as the rest that you need deepens deepens,

And all is well.

All is well.
