Relax and drift into sleep, listening and being present to the simple words "I breathe in and I let go" letting your body respond to the words, allowing you to let go of all the activity of the brain that so often keeps us awake. Our words and thoughts are so powerful so with this simple phrase we are reminding our mind and body of just that, breathe in and let go into a wonderful sleep.12 minutes guided and then letting the music continue to help you drift.

Allowing your body to settle into its bed.

Letting go of all worries.

Letting go of the day.

And just allow yourself to sink heavy into your mattress.

Bringing your attention to your breath.

Just notice.

Just being aware of your breath.

Aware of your inhalation.

And aware of your exhalation.

As you breathe in,

Say I breathe in.

As you exhale,

I let go.

Just continue to say those phrases.

Staying focused on the words.

And being present with your breath.

Just staying present.

Continue to say the words.

Notice every time you breathe out and say I let go.

Noticing if your body becomes softer and heavier and more relaxed.

Breathing in the life force energy.

Breathing in life.

Breathing in relaxation.

Breathing in sleep.

And your exhale just lets go.

Nothing to do.

Just be.

Feel how your body responds to the words.
