Absolutely amazing, my favourite meditation. From the moment it starts you can feel a subtle energy working through your body and by the end it feels like you been through a process of cure. Thank you so much 💫

This meditation was a refreshing and revitalizing experience that left my inner realms feeling freer, more spacious, lighter. I ask and intend that only thoughts and freequencies of my higher higher self and of source flow through my consciousness and occupy my cellular memory. I ask and intend that all denser, darker, heavier low frequency energies that do not serve my highest and greatest good be eliminated in my mental trash can. I ask and intend that all the space that is left by removing the lower frequency energies be replaced by the light and love of Source and of my higher self. I ask and intend in having my inner world of body mind and spirit cleansed like this, my truer/higher self be reflected in my thoughts, feelings and intentions that guide my life from this point forward. I ask and intend to free myself and my inner world of conscious and unconscious thoughts that have burdened me in the past by occupying cellular memory, that I become the person I was born to be reflecting the lightness of being, the light, and the higher frequencies Source intends me to experience. And so it is and so it shall be for evermore. I ask and intend that the inner clarity and sense of deep inner peace that I am left with after this process become a reflection of my new self. I ask and intend to receive guidance from Source, from my higher self and from Spirit Guides and enjoy a greater sense of connection with All that Is. I am guided, guarded and protected by a DIVINE SOURCE OF LOVE AND LIGHT and for that my heart is truly grateful. And so it is and shall forever be. Amen. Thank you for this wonderful meditation that will be added to my regular practice.
