Surround yourself with this music.
And let its energy and vibration hold you and carry you.
It builds gradually,
And each track and phase is accompanied by unique source frequencies,
Translated through these sounds.
This process of entrainment occurs through a natural form of consciousness resonance from within.
Causing your inner universal source connection to resonate.
Become active,
And strengthen in a deeply relaxing experience,
Where you don't have to do anything,
Just be.
You can play this sonic healing as background music while you're doing something else.
But your experience will be much deeper if you lie down with your eyes closed.
Listen with good headphones.
Or play it on a high quality sound system.
Then this becomes a cosmic wellness experience for you.
A cosmic spa with Source Consciousness translated through music from Source.
You can use my spoken suggestions given between each track to align yourself to a specific inner energy,
Connection and state of consciousness.
You can also visualize this during listening to the tracks of music.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
And with the energy transferred into these sounds.
Tune into a sunrise filled with the love and life of Creator.
Source.
Ask this sunrise to flow into your heart and fill you with calm,
Purity,
Peace and love.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Imagine yourself lying in a beautiful forest.
The ground supports you and you breathe in freshness and clarity.
Supported by these sounds,
Let all heaviness and negativity flow away from you,
And ask the energy of Source to assist you in this.
You Do it.
And out.
With this music,
Let a pure light from source from the center of our universe.
Blow into your heart.
And from your heart.
Purify your body.
Gradually let it expand and form a sphere of light around you.
About two meters in diameter.
Breathe deeply in.
In and out.
As the energy expressed in this music unfolds,
Ask your energy and vibration to gradually increase.
And ask to experience a deeper connection with your spirit self.
This is a profound universal calibration.
You you Breathe in deeply.
And out.
With the energy conveyed in these sounds,
Ask to start your journey to Source,
In your protective sphere of Light.
And in your consciousness.
With this music.
You will now first travel through our solar system.
You Breathe in deeply.
And out.
And with the energy translated in these sounds.
Ask your consciousness to align to the Milky Way.
And ask to align to the galactic dimensions as you journey in your consciousness past galactic nebula,
Stars and galaxies.
Breathe in deeply.
And out.
With the energy in these sounds,
Ask your consciousness to experience the heart of our Milky Way galaxy.
And raise your vibration to your galactic consciousness.
This music reflects the consciousness of the heart of our Milky Way galaxy.
Breathe deeply in.
And out.
These sounds convey the deep and multidimensional frequencies of the universe and source.
With this support,
Ask to consciously travel through the universe to source and enjoy the deep frequencies and their integration into your consciousness.
You Take a deep breath in.
And out.
These sounds and their translated energies support you in deeply experiencing the boundless presence of the Divine Mother and Source.
Asked to be completely held in her love.
For sustaining life and peace.
Her boundless protection.
And her breath of life.
Your soul's essence is in her.
And through her.
You Breathe deeply in.
In and out.
And with the energies expressed through these sounds,
Asked to gradually experience the life,
Consciousness,
Presence and love of the Divine Father within you.
He is your creator.
And Divine Father.
Your Being is in Him and through Him.
He lives in and through you.
He breathes His consciousness,
His being and love into your divine essence.
Breathe deeply in.
And out.
And with these sounds,
Now asked to experience from source the entire universe as a living tapestry of love and the Creator's consciousness.
Thousands of galaxies,
Trillions of stars and planets,
As the body of the Creator,
Of which you,
As a divine essence and as a human being,
Are an inseparable part.
Breathe deeply in.
And on.
Now,
As the energy is channeled through these sounds,
Ask to receive a sphere of source light,
The light of love and life from the Divine Father and Mother.
And take it with you on a journey back from source in your sphere of light,
Slowly traveling through the universe towards our galaxy.
And then slowly passing through it on your way to a solar system.
Breathe in deeply.
And out.
And with the energy conveyed through these sounds.
Now ask to arrive at our solar system.
And to rise slowly through it.
With your sphere of light.
Slowly,
You make your way toward Earth,
While enjoying source energy that is awakening in our solar system.
Breathe in deeply.
And out.
Using the energy channel through these sounds,
Ask to arrive at the energy fields surrounding the Earth.
The New Earth Grid.
Radiant and dazzling with countless connections of light.
It is a grid field for consciousness and life on the planet.
Move slowly through it and ask to experience and enjoy the energy and consciousness emanating from your source light.
Breathe deeply in.
And out with these sounds embedded in this music.
Now ask the sphere of source light to arrive above your human head and body.
Slowly like a gentle breath.
Let this source light flow into your head and gradually entering your body and fill it very slowly and lovingly.
It fills you more and more and slowly flows through every cell.
Until it gently also flows out through your skin.
Breathe in deeply.
And out.
And with the energies and consciousness through this music,
Ask the infinite creative power Consciousness and life of source.
To awaken within your human experience.
The joy of being who you really are,
As part of the creative breath of Source.
Open your human consciousness to the infinite power of renewal.
And creativity.
Of source.
The life and love of your Divine Father and Divine Mother.
Breathe deeply in.
And out.
And now connect with the consciousness and energy translated through these sounds.
Ask to feel the infinite love and presence of the Divine Father and Mother.
Of source.
In your heart.
And in your human life.
The Divine Father brought his unique presence to earth.
Through His human incarnation as Yeshua.
Jesus.
Ask to feel His presence around you.
Within you.
And ask it to breathe in and through you.
He is always with you.
And support you in being who you really are.
You you
