This is my favorite. I've tried various sounds to help get to sleep. Music is too distracting and I usually do guided voice meditation. Sometimes though I just need to tune it all out. This is perfect, so soothing, and helps without fail. I have passed this on to many people that struggle with focusing for work as well as issues with anxiety at bedtime..
