This is a walking meditation to help you explore the rich, exterior environment you are walking in with all your senses; becoming present and gathering all of the energy back to yourself from where you have left it. Consider the symbolism and meaning of anything, drawing your attention to the landscape as you walk it, along with perspectives in your inner space that you are exploring at the same time.

This is a conscious time mastery walking meditation to step into wholeness in this present moment.

As you begin walking forward slowly,

With a gentle pace,

Become really present in your body and in the space that you are in.

Becoming aware of the space within your body.

Become aware of the space within your chest.

And the space surrounding your chest.

Become aware of the space in the middle of your head.

And the space through which you are walking.

Become aware of all the information your senses can give you about the space that you are walking through and becoming a part of.

What can you hear?

Identify three sounds that you can hear.

What can you smell?

What can you see?

Take a look around you and really see one thing that is drawing your attention.

It might be an interesting person,

Pattern,

Texture or just something that intrigues you.

Really see that object or thing.

See how it tells a story just by being.

See how it interacts with the space that it is in.

What does it want to tell you or show you?

Call back all of your energy and thoughts from where you scattered them throughout your day or the days preceding this.

Get into worry about the future and just intentionally call all of yourself back here.

This moment.

This place.

This space.

And as you arrive here fully,

Becoming whole and present,

Realise that this moment is your life.

Check in with your body and notice how it's feeling.

What physical sensations can you feel inside of your body?

What does the ground underneath your feet feel like?

The temperature.

The air around you.

As you keep putting one foot in front of the other,

Honour and check in what emotions you are feeling.

Are they your preferred emotions?

Are they ideal for this moment?

If they're not,

Feel into them.

And as they dissolve,

Leave them behind you as you walk forward into a less fractured state.

Walking into this moment with all of its rich textures and meanings.

Moving into and through a space outside of you,

But also moving into and through a space inside of you.

Otherwise you'll feel a tingling sensation.

This space inside you and the space outside of you connect and talk to each other,

Inform each other and impress upon each other.

So reflect on how the space you are walking through reflects your inner state in this moment.

What can it tell you?

What does it want to tell you about this moment?

What can it tell you about this moment?

What can it tell you about this moment?

What can it tell you about this moment?

We are so rarely really present for our life,

So just be here now and see what the world wants to tell you as you walk through it,

As the spaces inside of you and outside of you dance and merge and twirl together,

Drawing all of yourself together,

One whole and beautiful being.

No scattered bits in the past or future,

All of you here and now,

Just walking through this beautiful environment,

This beautiful moment.
