Avebury was constructed over several hundred years in the third millennium BC,

During the Neolithic or New Stone Age.

The monument comprises a large henge,

Which is a roughly circular bank and a ditch,

With a large outer stone circle and two separate smaller stone circles,

Situated inside the center of the monument.

One of the unique things about Avebury that I didn't know when I initially connected to the site,

Is that it connects directly and uniquely to one of the most famous ley lines in Britain,

The Michael and Mary ley line,

Which runs across England from Hopton in Norfolk to St.

Michael's Mount in Cornwall.

The twin underground telluric currents known as the Michael and Mary lines,

Are named after a number of churches dedicated to either Mary or St.

Michael,

That are to be found along them,

And they weave around a central overground midline.

They reveal a primal caduceus pattern,

And interestingly these lines,

The Michael and Mary lines,

Both flow through Avebury.

And sheep often graze among the standing stones,

This is still a place of power and you can feel it immediately.

There are two smaller stone circles within one larger one,

And the entire thing is encased with a ditch and embankment.

Slowly make your way to the first smaller circle,

Which thrums with masculine energy and find a place inside the circle to sit down comfortably.

Taking a deep breath of the quiet air around you.

As you get present to how your energy field is reacting to you being here,

You'll feel a thrumming,

Almost a type of buffering of your own energy,

As if the energy field within this stone circle is vibrating,

Alive,

Purposeful.

Purposeful.

So sit within this buffering,

You'll realize that this energy is removing your shields,

Now take a few deep breaths and then slowly move out of the smaller feminine circle and find a comfortable spot where you are outside of both the inner circles,

Facing them,

But still contained and anchored within the larger stone circle and earthworks that contain and surround this place.

Sit down and touch both hands to the ground.

Feel the connection with the masculine energy and the feminine energy that comes together in this place,

Both available,

Both potent and playful,

Both beautiful.

Draw in the masculine energy through your right hand,

Up your arm and into your heart centre.

Draw in the feminine energy through your left hand,

Up your left arm and into your heart centre.

Feel these two energies connect,

Mingle and intertwine.

Feel them start to dance,

A beautiful dance together.

Focus on your right hand which is thrumming with this powerful masculine energy.

Now take your right hand and then slowly and gently stroke it across the left side of your body.

From the top of your head,

Over your forehead,

Over your left eye,

Down your cheek,

Side of your neck,

Shoulder,

Down your ribcage,

Left hip,

Until you reach your left foot.

Using that structured and strong energy with your right hand into the left side of your body,

Feeling it balance and align anything that's out of balance or alignment.

Now do the same with your left hand,

Your left hand which is thrumming with this wonderfully wild feminine energy.

Take your left hand and then slowly and gently stroke it across the right side of your body,

The masculine side.

From the top of your head,

Over your forehead,

Your right eye,

Down your cheek,

Right side of your neck,

Shoulder,

Down your ribcage,

Right hip,

Down your right leg until you reach your foot.

Releasing that energy into the right side of your body,

Balancing and aligning as you go.

We are going to do this two more times.

Put your hands back to the ground to draw the energy in and then stroke it down the opposite side of your body with the intention of connecting and aligning the feminine and masculine sides of your body.

You're energetically creating an infinity sign within your body,

Anchoring the two sides of that energy within you,

Within your heart.

Feel the power and light thrum within your body where these two energies cross and connect,
