The Healing Power Within

There is a natural power within us. Focusing on our chakras, even on a semi-regular basis, can be a very powerful way to help in healing ourselves emotionally and clearing out the cobwebs in our lives.

Namaste,

My friends.

I hope everybody is well today,

Feeling good,

Getting ready to start an interesting meditation.

I don't know how much you guys have learned about the energy system in our bodies.

Our chakra system,

We have this natural energy within us that flows through our chakra system that is restorative,

That is,

It just,

It helps the prana,

Which is the energy,

Run through our body.

There are so many chakras and nadis that are in our body,

Thousands,

Right?

But here's the thing,

If we focus on each one of the seven main chakras,

Even just for a short period of time,

Periodically or daily or whatever,

You know,

It is for you,

That can be really healing emotionally and physically as well.

Right?

So here's my thing,

To do a proper balancing and all of that stuff,

That's way longer than what we do here.

However,

Like I said,

If we spend some time on each of the chakras and place our attention,

Not intention,

But attention on each of the chakras that can help us emotionally and like I said,

Physically.

So that's what we're going to do today.

We're going to focus our attention,

Attention,

Our intention is to focus our attention on each of the seven main chakras.

So let's get ourselves comfortable and let's get rolling here.

You know,

I may do another longer session discussing the balancing of this,

At least the seven main chakras,

Because it's so important.

It's so important to do that periodically.

You'll be surprised at how good you feel after a session balancing and,

You know,

Using your chakras to heal.

So let's get ourselves comfortable.

Let's take a nice long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and release.

Very good.

Let your eyes gently float closed.

Very good.

So today,

We are going to follow my voice on this journey through our chakras,

Focusing on our body's energy.

So I want you to imagine yourself sitting at the beach,

Sitting on the sand,

On the best beach where the sand is that beautiful pure color,

Perfect granule size of the sand.

And you're sitting so,

So comfortably.

And so relaxed,

Looking out at the waves and the vastness of the ocean,

Feeling that breeze coming in from offshore.

So as we start to look around on the ocean and on the beach,

We notice tons and tons of brightly colored gemstones sitting all around us.

And we place our attention on a beautiful ruby red gemstone.

And so we pick it up and we hold it in the palm of our hands,

Feeling its energy.

This red gemstone represents our root chakra,

Which on our bodies is at the base of our spine,

And it represents our family and grounding and our basic survival,

Our basic skills.

So we hold on to that gemstone,

Place our attention on our chakra and just the feeling and the understanding of grounding and our connection to the earth and our family.

And so we take that gemstone and place it in the pouch that we brought along with us,

This pouch for the treasures that we collect at the beach.

As we look around some more,

We see a beautiful orange stone and we pick it up and look at it and hold it in the palm of our hands.

This gemstone represents our seikul chakra and our own personal joy and creativity and the emotional balance of who we are.

And we let the energy from that stone go through our bodies and settle just a few inches above the root chakra,

With the seikul chakra.

And that orange color on our bodies,

The beauty of it.

We now place that gemstone into our pouch.

And as we look around,

We see a beautiful,

Brilliant yellow stone and we pick it up and place it in our hands and we allow its energy,

Energy that is our confidence and self-esteem.

We allow that energy to flow through our body and come to rest in our solar plexus,

Which is just above our belly button.

Now we place that beautiful gemstone in our pouch and we look around and we see a beautiful emerald green stone.

And we pick it up and we know that it relates to our heart chakra.

We can feel the connection.

The energy from this stone is one of love and compassion and empathy.

And we allow that energy to permeate our body and settle in our hearts.

And we place that stone in our pouch.

Looking around in the sand,

We now see a beautiful blue,

Sky blue gemstone and we pick it up and hold it ever so gently and dearly.

Knowing that this gemstone relates to our throat chakra in our neck and we can feel the energy of honesty,

Faith and communication.

We can feel that energy running through our body and settling onto our throat chakra.

And we place that stone in our pouch.

And as we look around,

We see a brilliant,

Beautiful,

Deep,

Deep purple stone.

And we pick that up and hold it and feel that intuitive energy coming into our bodies and settling in our brow,

Just above our brow,

In our third eye.

And we put that stone in our pouch.

And as we look around,

We notice one last stone.

It's a beautiful,

Clear white stone.

And we pick it up and hold it ever so gently.

This stone represents the enlightenment,

The bliss and the universal energy.

And we know that it relates to our crown chakra just above the crown of our head.

And we allow that energy to swirl through our bodies.

And we take that stone and place it in our pouch.

As we sit and we recognize all this beautiful,

Universal energy swirling through our bodies,

We know that in the pouch,

We can take out any time,

Any of the energy and the beautiful power of those gemstones.

That energy.

And we have it any time it's needed.

As we leave the beach,

We know that we can come back here any time and appreciate this peace and this power that we've discovered today.

So let's take a nice,

Deep,

Deep breath in very,

Very slow.

And release it.

You can open your eyes whenever you feel comfortable.

And you can take these tools with you the rest of the day,

The rest of the week,

The rest of the year.

Have them be with you.

Because that can really be a healing modality for us.

So hope you enjoyed today's meditation.
