If we have been taught anything in this holiday season, it's magic. The magic of the Christmas star in the sky and the magic of letting go and allowing the spirit to bring us peace. In today's meditation, we recognize that we are divine love!

Namaste everybody and welcome to In the Flow with Lori Albert.

I'm Lori Albert and today is about peace.

Today is about love.

You know we are headed into a new age.

We are in a new age.

We are headed into a new year.

A new year.

A new way of being.

New possibilities.

I'll be talking about that.

Obviously,

Right?

Today though,

I've been guided to talk about peace.

It is peace.

You know,

I get myself,

You guys are going to laugh,

I got myself so busy.

Okay so it's supposed to be,

I know I've talked about this before,

But it's supposed to be this relaxing year because we're not going to go hang out with our families,

Blah blah blah.

But what did I do?

I created all of these little projects at my house,

Right?

So my daughter and I built the gingerbread house.

I'm cooking like I haven't cooked pretty much ever in my life,

Right?

I'm doing all of these things because it's like while I'm here in the house,

While we're all sort of stuck here together,

Let's create something fun,

Right?

Let's create the season of fun,

Right?

Well I created a little too much season of fun,

Right?

And I am just so so busy and yesterday I realized I need to stop.

Stop and just enjoy and joy and be at peace and be in love.

You know,

I put,

And I know I'm not alone,

I put high expectations on myself.

I have high expectations on myself.

That's what I want to say.

But guess what?

It's okay to feel peace.

It's okay to allow that love in the joy of and the magic of right now.

Because right now really is a magical time.

It really,

Really is.

So much is going on energetically and astrologically.

So much is going on.

And we're so busy with those high expectations on ourselves.

We need to take that time and just be.

Right?

And just feel the love,

Feel the peace.

So that's what we are meditating on today.

We are meditating on being the love.

Because that's what we are.

That's what this is all about,

Isn't it?

If life is about nothing else,

Don't you think it's about love?

It's about love.

So let's get ourselves comfortable because that's what we are meditating on.

And we want to continue this on throughout,

Through at least the rest of the year.

That's our goal.

Being the love that the rest of the world needs to see.

Sounds like a lot to ask of ourselves,

You know?

To be the love.

But you know what?

If we stay in the present moment,

It should be a piece of cake,

Right?

Staying in the present moment keeps us in that place of peace and in that place of love.

That's why we meditate,

Right?

That's why we meditate.

Because staying in that place.

Pretty amazing.

Pretty amazing.

So,

So let's get ourselves comfortable.

And get ready to meditate for a few minutes here.

So let's take a nice deep breath in.

And release it.

If that's your first deep breath of the day,

I hope it feels rejuvenating and awakening and magical.

Let's do that again.

Okay,

Let's take a nice really long deep breath in.

And hold it.

And release.

The trick is to hold it so that that amazing oxygen air goes into every little atom in your body.

What are you grateful for today?

This is the season of being in peace and love.

But how do we get there?

We start with our list of gratitude.

What are you grateful for today?

Are you grateful that this year is ending?

What are you grateful for?

Are you grateful for all the blessings that you've had in this last year?

Is there have been many.

I know I've gotten so many Christmas cards and that say,

Here's to a great 2021.

But guess what?

2020 wasn't,

It was,

There was a lot of sadness,

A lot of heartache.

I get that.

But let's find the meaning of it.

Let's find the positives.

What are you grateful for about 2020?

What brings you peace?

That's what I'm grateful for today.

I'm grateful for all the things that bring me peace.

My family,

My meditations,

My mediumship,

And the spirits.

Today's mantra is ahem prima.

Ahem prima.

I am divine love.

Ahem prima.

As we sit in this meditation,

We ask our guides,

We ask ascended masters to come into our lives and allow us to acknowledge and feel the peace.

Ahem prima.

I will keep the time and let's begin.

Ahem prima.

Ahem prima.

Ahem prima.

Ahem prima.

Ahem prima.

Ahem prima.

Ahem prima.

I am divine love.

We can start bringing our awareness back to ourselves,

Our bodies.

Let's take a nice deep breath in and release it knowing that we are divine love.

Whenever you feel comfortable,

You can open your eyes.
