In this 5-lesson course, you will learn tips and tools to connect with your ideal self, utilize your unique personality, prepare for any stressful situation, lift your mood with gratitude, mindfully overcome challenges, and experience the joy of the present moment.
Based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques, mindfulness, and personal values will be adopted to be your best self in any situation.
Lesson 1: Access the Present
After a brief overview of the course content, you will explore the benefits of the present moment. Naomi will provide you with plenty of tips and techniques to weave present-moment awareness into your daily life.
Lesson 2: Get Ideal
Connect with the image and energy of your ideal self, and identify all the values that are important to you. You will then learn how to draw on these values at any moment to align with your ideal self to make better decisions, respond more peacefully, and be your best.
Lesson 3: What are you bringing?
Naomi will introduce you to a formula to prepare for any life event and keep you aligned with your values throughout. You will identify your strengths, quirks, and achievements, then use the "Three P's" (Prepare, Plan, Practice) to set you up to be your best.
Lesson 4: Count Your Blessings
Use gratitude to bring you into the best possible state of mind and body. Naomi will guide you to create your "Gratitude Go-To" which can help restore your mood when you're feeling stressed, sad, or nervous.
Lesson 5: Make Peace
You will explore the power of acceptance to break free of complaining, avoidance, and resistance. Finally, Naomi will introduce you to the concept of “raising the B.A.R.”, the process of, Breath, Aligning, Responding… to ensure that you can react to any situation in alignment with your true values and your best self.
