Taking some deep breaths.

Relaxing your body and bringing your attention to your breathing.

Slowing your breathing down.

Allowing any thoughts to simply drift away.

No need to worry about anything except the deep slow movement of your breath.

Now visualize or imagine that as you breathe in your breath flows all the way down to your feet and as you breathe out imagine that your breath is flowing all the way out from your feet.

Sending the next few breaths down to your feet.

Just breathing into the lower section of your legs between the knee and the foot.

Seeing your breath flowing down into this region as you breathe in and then out from this area as you exhale.

Now moving to the upper section of your legs.

Sending your breath down into the space between your knees and your hips.

Breathing into this area and breathing out from this area.

Sowing your breath as it flows in and out.

Next moving up to your torso.

Breathing into your lower abdomen.

The space below your belly button.

Bringing each breath into this space and then breathing out from it.

Breathing with the breath,

Bringing yourself back if you become distracted.

Breathing into your middle now.

Drawing each breath into the area between your belly button and your heart.

Breathing into this space and breathing out from it.

Now bringing your breath to your upper body.

Directing your breath to your chest and shoulders.

Noting that this area is being filled up with every in breath and emptied on every out breath.

Next breathing into your hands and arms.

Sending your breath flowing down your arms and hands down into your fingertips.

Then flowing back up your arms as you gently breathe out.

Sending your breath filling up your neck as you breathe in and emptying from your neck as you breathe out.

Bringing your breath now into your head.

Allowing your breath to fill up all the available space in your head and then release as you breathe out.

And finally breathing into your body as a whole.

Sending your entire body touched by your breath as you slowly breathe in and slowly breathe out.

Breathing sending your breath into your body and out again.

Gently following your breath until you drift off to sleep.

Again.
