Make friends with fear and anxiety as you notice sounds of Maui birds chirping, soak in planetary healing Tibetan singing bowl vibrations, and become friends with your own breathing. Return your awareness to your heart center as you practice nurturing yourself with compassion as you remember the impermanence of all - emotions, sounds, and sensations.

Lifepath Allowing your breath to deepen now.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Deep breath in.

Slow breath out.

Becoming present in this moment to all of your experience.

Noticing how your heart feels in this present moment.

And giving yourself permission to feel whatever is there.

Noticing the sounds of the birds,

The sounds of the bulls,

Other sounds around you.

Letting them come and letting them go as you return your awareness into your heart center.

Being present with whatever is arising in this moment.

Maybe there's some fear.

Or maybe there's anxiety.

Perhaps you've been rehashing the past or rehearsing the future.

In this moment you can choose to be with what is.

Being with your breath.

A slow inhale.

Noticing that in each moment everything is shifting.

Your emotions are shifting.

Your body sensations are changing.

Sounds are moving.

Whatever was there a moment ago may be gone now.

Or perhaps you're holding on more tightly to it.

See if in this moment you can nurture yourself with some compassion allowing any fear or any anxiety about the past or about the future.

To melt away recognizing that you can't change the past and you can't control the future.

But you can be with the present and allow it to be exactly as it is even if you don't like it.

You can still allow it to be knowing that it is impermanent.

It is changing in every moment.

In every breath.

You can look within and notice for yourself.

How your breath changes.

How sensations change.

How emotions change.

How sound changes.

And with this realization that everything is impermanent you might be able to find some freedom.

Life is less scary.

It's less to be anxious about when you realize and experience that nothing lasts forever.

This too shall pass.

This too shall pass.

This too shall pass.

Let yourself rest in the awareness of impermanence.

Thank you. It helped me honor my feelings of frustration within myself about something I feel I could have behaved or performed better on & in so doing have compassion for myself realizing I couldn’t have controlled, anticipated or predicted it all & I was only doing my best.
