Meditation is simply the practice of calming the mind.
The mind creates chitter-chatter.
When we have long arduous days at work and getting things done off our to-do lists,
These individual things that we have to do pile up in our minds.
And there is an energy that's left behind when we do every one of these tasks.
And this energy builds up and builds up in our minds to a point where we feel restless,
Uneasy,
Anxious.
This meditation is going to be powerful for you because it's going to allow you to relax.
That chitter-chatter will begin to hush.
It will no longer cause you anxiety and stress.
What I want you to do first of all is simply become aware of my voice.
Don't worry about focusing on anything else.
If thoughts come into your mind that's okay.
It's not about stopping those thoughts.
It's about allowing them to be and then simply changing your focus back to my voice.
Don't create resistance.
Just allow yourself to be here in my presence.
You are more than your to-do lists.
You are more than what is expected of you.
You are a beautiful divine being.
You are a part of the universe itself.

8 billion years ago there was an explosion of energy.
Everyone and everything that you see in this universe is simply an expression of this divine energy.
This includes you.
We get caught up in the things which don't really matter.
Our tick lists.
We are divine beings that doesn't need anything externally in order to be.
Being isn't even an act.
You don't even need to do anything to be.
You just be.
How often do we just be?
Not very often.
In this fast-paced life we live we're always doing and we forget that being is the true meaning of existence.
Just be.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Make this a deep one.
You are perfect.
You are perfectly imperfect.
Stop beating yourself up.
Stop piling too many things into your subconscious.
You don't need to put so much food on your plate.
We forget that just being allows us to feel truly free and all these things that we attach ourselves with in order to expand ourself doesn't change who you are.
You will always be you and that will never change.
I want you to realize this.
Remind yourself of this meditation tomorrow when you're at work.
When things are happening that are stressing you out,
Remind yourself of the bigger picture who you truly are because that's all that really matters.
When you can realign yourself with that,
Realign yourself with your purpose,
Feel just be and that's when you will rediscover true freedom.
That's when you will remember that childlike presence that belongs in each and every one of us.
It can just enjoy life for what it is.
We add things to ourself because we think that by doing tons of things all the time constantly it's going to add to ourselves.
But you can't add to something that is already infinitely powerful.
Something that is already everything that it needs to be.
Take time to just be.
Just be.
