I Don't Want To Live A Small Life Anymore

I have lived a small suffocating life for so long that I'm sick and tired of it. I don't want to do that anymore. Enough is enough. I want to blossom, bloom, and grow and not worry about what everyone else thinks about that.

Hey everyone, Voomshika here, Another one of my videos here and today I wanted to speak to you guys about why I'm doing the things I'm doing here. You know, Why am I, Why did I move to Chiang Mai? Why did I start my own online business? Why am I working so hard and all the different things I'm doing? Why am I creating such a hard life for myself when I could, If I wanted to stay at home in Toronto, Get a job and live an easier life? I don't know if you actually believe that would be easier but it could be potentially, You know, I wouldn't have to deal with corruption, I wouldn't have to deal with a third-world country, I wouldn't have to deal with the heat, I wouldn't have to deal with pollution. I mean there's a lot of good things in this place as well but there are bad things as well like I've talked about this before. So why am I doing this to myself? Why did I move here? What am I doing my life? You know, I'm sure you're asking these questions and maybe I should be asking these questions to myself as well. Why did I move to Chiang Mai? Why am I working on this online business when I have, You know, The potential to work at a company and make good money there? Why am I doing this here right now? And I thought about this question a lot in the last few months especially because of the fact that I'm living here right now and I have the time to think about these questions. I want to make sure that I'm doing all these things here in my business and in my life with a purpose. I don't want to be doing something just for the sake of doing it. I want to do it because there's a reason for it and that reason is going to move me towards my goal, Whatever that goal might be. My ultimate goal like I've always told you is financial independence, Time freedom and location independence. That's my ultimate goal. It's what I want from all of my life, All the different things I do, All of the things I want and should lead to those three goals of mine. But the reason I think I'm doing all these things is because, And I've thought about this a lot like I said, And this is the conclusion that I've come to. The reason I do this is because I don't want to live a small life anymore. Now I'm not talking about a small life and the fact that I want to become a celebrity and I want to be on magazine covers and all that stuff. That's not the small life that I'm talking about. I'm talking about the small life where I can look at myself in the mirror every day and say to myself, I'm living to the best of my ability and that is true every single day of my life from now onwards. So in the past I wouldn't have been able to say these words to myself when I look myself in the mirror. First of all, I think I would have a hard time even looking at myself in the mirror straight up because I was ashamed of myself because I wasn't living up to my potential. But now that I am every single day when I look at myself eye to eye, You know, Seeing myself in the mirror, I have no shame. I know I'm living my life the way I'm supposed to be living it. I have no shame because I am doing exactly what I'm supposed to be doing in my time. I'm going along with the flow and I'm following the universe's path for me and I'm living up to my potential as much as I can. I'm living to the best of my ability up to my potential. I'm not living a small life anymore. My soul, My spirit inside of me is huge and all of us are exactly the same. I think all of our bodies might be tiny but our spirits or souls take up a lot of space. That's the reason you can feel someone's energy as soon as you walk into a room. That's the reason you can feel someone's energy even though you're 50 feet away from them because you can feel their aura, You can feel their magnetic field, You can feel their spirit, Their energy source and that energy source, That spirit takes up a lot of space. But what we do is that we kind of concentrate and we become smaller and smaller and smaller so that our spirits have to be smaller and smaller to take up that little space. We're afraid to be as big as we can. We're afraid to be as bold and big and beautiful as we can. We're afraid of that. We want to be smaller. We try to be smaller and I don't want to do that to myself anymore. And one of those steps that I've taken in order to make sure that I don't live a small life is to move to this lifestyle of digital nomading, Of becoming a digital nomad, Moving to a different country, Traveling around, Starting my own online business, Teaching others how to do that as well and just starting to live a life without limits. A life where anything is possible as long as I put my mind to it, I can make things happen and I'm living in that sort of a mindset right now. That life where nothing is impossible and that life where my spirit doesn't have to hunch over or be suffocated to live in a tiny box that I've created for it. There are no boxes around me right now. My spirit is as big as it wants to be and if it wants to take up more and more and more space, I allow it to do so. That's the reason I think I was able to do improv, The reason I was able to take voice lessons, The reason I'm able to do watercolor painting, The reason I can go travel to Korea and ask my mom to join me there. It's because the boxes that I created for myself are slowly disappearing and the limit that I've placed myself has completely disappeared. There are no limits anymore. I look around myself and there are no limits. I can do anything that I want to do that I put my mind to and if I can't do it right now, I'll be able to do it maybe in a week or two weeks or a month or two months. It doesn't necessarily mean that everything has to happen at once but it does mean that it is possible. Everything is possible. Nothing is impossible right now in this world that I live in because my spirit has space to grow and to be. I'm not living a small life anymore. My spirit doesn't have to be suffocated. My spirit can be as big as it wants to be and it is right now. I hope that this video helps you a little bit. I wanted to kind of explain this thing I have about not living a small life because I've been talking about it with a lot of people and I wanted to explain it in my own words in video format because I feel like I explained best when I'm talking about it.
