Take a moment to find stillness wherever you are,
Whether that's seated,
Standing,
Lying down.
And just invite your eyes to close.
Relax the space in between your eyebrows,
Soften your shoulders,
And then notice your breath.
Your breath is the divine connection to everything around you,
Really,
Just fluidly moving through your body,
But capable of so much change.
Feel your inhales expand your lungs and chest.
Feel your exhales ground you down and soften everything.
Now invite your breath to become a bit slower,
More intentional.
As you inhale,
Imagine pulling in gratitude from the space around you.
And as you exhale,
Breathe out a vibration of connection to yourself,
Your space,
Your body and mind,
The universe.
Slow and intentional,
In and out of your nose.
Take about 10 breaths here just like that at your own pace.
Inhaling in gratitude and exhaling connection.
Your breath is divine connection.
It is always here to support you.

Shopping for groceries,
Or even just in this seated,
Standing,
Quiet place,
It is always right there.
