Bonnie is a certified ERYT-500 instructor living and teaching in the SoCal area. She completed her 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Certification under Courtney Fletcher of GypSea Yoga School, and her 500-Hour Advanced Vinyasa Certification under Jonny Kest of LifeTime Yoga Teacher Training. Her personal practice is rooted in Ashtanga, but is more free flow and sensation focused. Her meditation practice is a daily seated and quiet breath focus practice, but she enjoys created guided meditations for others to begin their journey.
