Change can feel like a loss but without it we would become frozen and stuck, never discovering and never growing. Accept change as the Flow of the Universe/The Will of God. What can we change? We can choose the way that we conduct our lives. How we treat people. Now it’s up to us to put it into practice. We have the gift of this wisdom. What will you do with it?

Everything is changing all of the time.

Change is a constant.

Change can lead to fear,

Anger,

And resentment.

Or change can lead to growth,

Connection,

And love.

Healthy grieving is spending time with your feelings and then being of service.

Unhealthy grieving is isolating,

Filled with worry,

Fear,

And resentment.

Change is like the flow of water in a pond.

Imagine a mountain stream where the water is flowing rapidly over rocks and waterfalls.

Now imagine that a part of the stream is cut off from the flow and the water is still.

And eventually that still water becomes brackish with no oxygen and no life.

Nothing can grow and live in that water.

Now imagine that the water is flowing again.

It's clear and many things can live and grow.

Change can cause anxiety and fear.

Anxiety is like a puzzle to be solved,

A knot to untie with consistent action.

Meditation,

Affirmation,

And prayer.

A daily spiritual practice,

Seeking a spiritual life and a God consciousness.

When we grieve,

We call on our inner child to feel and process the feelings of loss.

Then we alternate with outreach to others who are grieving and who need love and support.

Change can feel like loss,

But without it we would become frozen and stuck,

Never discovering and never growing.

Accept change as the flow of the universe,

The will of God.

There are things that we can change and things that we can't.

What can we change?

We can choose the way that we conduct our lives,

How we treat people,

Our DSP and our MAP,

Our daily spiritual practice of meditation,

Affirmation,

And prayer.

It's up to us to put it into practice.

We have the gift of this wisdom.

What will we do with it?

We have been led to the doorway.

Will you walk through?

Doing something as simple and easy as meditating and praying twice a day will get you started on your way.

Someday you will look back on this time and see it as the moment where it all changed for you.
