Good morning and welcome to this new day.
Before you get into the busyness of the day,
Let's take a few moments now to do something that will have positive impacts on today and the rest of your life.
So as you sit or lay there,
Bring your mind to your breath.
Just noticing the feeling of that breath nourishing your body.
How good it feels just to take a moment and breathe with ease.
Not forcing the breath.
You might like to place a hand over your heart or belly,
Whatever feels comfortable for you.
And as you breathe,
Begin now to generate some feelings of compassion,
Kindness,
Of love towards yourself.
You can do this however you like.
Maybe you like to use silent prayer.
Maybe you like to see white or golden light bathing your heart or your whole body.
Whatever it takes for you to generate these feelings of compassion and kindness.
Just feeling this in your heart.
Total love and compassion for you,
For all that you are.
No judgment,
Just acceptance and kindness.
And now let's generate these same feelings of kindness for everyone you know you will see today.
So sending them love,
Bathing them in light,
Saying a prayer for them.
Whatever works for your heart to generate these feelings of kindness and love.
You can also send love and kindness and compassion to all the people you might meet today who you don't know.
All the people on the bus,
In the grocery store,
On the street.
All are deserving of love and compassion.
You can also use this practice before entering a meeting or even a zoom meeting.
Just take a moment to send all the participants love,
White light,
A prayer,
Some form of kindness.
This act done regularly will transform your life.
To live with ease,
To live with peace and to feel loved.
