You Hello and welcome.

My name is Paul McCann and I'd like to welcome you to this manifestation meditation.

This meditation will allow you to amplify your attracting power.

We do this by remembering that abundance is our natural state.

It is right and natural for you to receive what you want.

Remember you are connected to the loving energy of the universe and you can manifest the changes you desire.

So let's begin by settling into the space wherever you are.

You can be seated or lying down.

Just make sure that you're completely comfortable and won't be disturbed.

The ability to manifest is a natural state for every one of us.

All it takes is learning some simple techniques in mindfulness through things like meditation to awaken this power.

So contrary to popular belief,

Meditation is not about completely clearing your mind.

We have a mind for a reason.

Meditation is training your mind to perform exactly how you intended to instead of allowing the mind to drag you around.

So the most helpful thing that all of us have access to at any time is our breath.

Our breath has been there since the moment we were born and every day it's keeping us alive.

So by honouring the breath when we are ready to set intentions creates very powerful experience.

So let's honour our breath now by taking five significant and dedicated breaths.

So when you're ready take the first full inhale,

Expanding your belly and chest as much as you can.

Holding it at the top for a moment and then exhale,

Feeling that wave of relaxation sweep over you.

Take the second inhale,

Filling the entire breathing system with fresh oxygen.

Hold it at the top and exhale,

Noticing again that wave of relaxation sweeping over you.

Take the third inhale so deeply that you are brimming with air,

Taking a moment at the top to soak in this life force energy and exhale.

Notice your body relaxing without any effort from you.

Take the fourth full inhale,

Feeling these breaths purifying your entire body.

Holding it at the top and then exhaling,

Letting it all out and simply notice how you are feeling.

And one last full and beautiful breath coming in.

Holding it at the top and exhale,

Allowing that wave of relaxation to again sweep over you.

So now we'll move the focus to the heart space.

So focusing now on the centre of your chest,

You might even like to put your hand over your heart.

So breathe into this space and gently sense what your heart's deepest desire is for you.

What does your heart truly want?

Once you become aware of this,

This can be your sankalpa for today.

A sankalpa is a deep heartfelt intention for your highest good.

Once you've settled on your intention,

Repeat it three times by using positive I am statements.

Repeat it three times and then let it go.

Believe and let it go.

Completely surrender it.

The universe will support you manifesting this intention.

You can return to this sankalpa regularly whenever you do this meditation to continue to support and direct universal energy to manifesting it.

So just take note of how you're feeling in this very moment.

You now have an abundance of oxygen in your system.

This is how we were truly created to feel.

Breathing deeply and fully is an expression of self-compassion.

It unites us with universal love.

And just settling into a natural breathing pattern now and notice how abundance feels.

This is your new tool that you use when you're ready to manifest the reality you desire.

When you are feeling any kind of lack of motivation or negative inner talk,

You can immediately pause and take five deep purposeful and powerful breaths.

The breath is always there for you.

Taking these conscious and dedicated breaths gives you clarity and amplifies your health.

So the next time you catch yourself at a standstill,

Take these five healing breaths.

So now we will look at the recipe for manifesting.

All you need is these three things.

Desire,

Dedication and trust.

Desire is the first ingredient in manifestation.

You must know what you want and desire it so greatly that you clearly see any path that you need to take to get there.

Knowing exactly what you are manifesting is very important.

The more detail you can add to your desire,

The better.

You can write down your aspirations and goals and you can set an exact time that it will be accomplished.

When you set an exact date as to when your goals will be met and write it down,

The order is firmly given to your subconscious mind and it is now taking action.

So take a moment to think about your dreams and aspirations and see as many details as possible.

How do you look when you've accomplished this goal?

What does it feel like?

What can you see or hear or feel?

Are there colours?

Are there certain people around you supporting this?

The second ingredient in manifestation is dedication.

Only you can put in the effort to take steps towards your desires.

You can network with others and you can motivate yourself to practice these meditation techniques every day.

You must dedicate time every single day to do something that takes you closer to gaining what you seek,

However small that step might be.

Only you can do this,

No one else can be dedicated for you.

And just notice how you feel right now.

Whatever emotions or feelings that come up or thoughts when you're focusing on what you want to manifest is coming up for a reason.

It's coming up for your attention and for your healing.

So don't push anything away.

Allow it,

Recognise it,

Investigate it with kindness and then reconnect using meditation with what it is that you are manifesting.

The third ingredient for manifestation is trust.

This could be the easiest part because you simply surrender and trust.

You completely surrender all thoughts and struggle about how this will manifest and trust that things will always fall into place perfectly.

You must know with certainty that your goal is attainable,

So have faith.

You don't know how it will manifest,

You just need to surrender and trust.

So just take a few moments now to completely surrender this aspiration to the universe.

And just notice how you're feeling right now.

And say to yourself,

I trust the loving energy of the universe.

So visualising is an extremely powerful way to manifest.

So see yourself now and imagine that you have attained all that you desire.

See yourself vividly in your mind,

Having already achieved your goals.

Visualise with great detail,

Yourself with your intentions fulfilled.

Notice what you look like.

Who are you talking to?

The more details you can add the better.

So see the surroundings.

See where you are,

The places you might go to and who is around you.

So take several moments now to vividly see yourself having manifested all that you wish.

This exercise is changing your life for the better.

So remember honour your breath every single day by taking a moment to fully breathe in and out several times.

When you breathe deeply you automatically relax and being relaxed is the first step in being in control of your life and emotions.

Also take these three words and remember them throughout your day.

Desire,

Dedication and trust.

Repeat them to yourself whenever you can.

You are deserving.

You are deserving.

You are deserving.

You are deserving.

You are deserving.
