In this one we are going to be doing four,

Seven,

Eight breathing.

So we're going to be breathing in through the nose for a count of four,

Holding it at the top for a count of seven,

And exhaling any way you want for a count of eight.

Very simple.

Just listen to my guidance and we'll begin in three,
