I loved the deep wisdom of the words. The text was extremely powerful and the affirmations not superficial but deep. The gongs helped them resonant deeply. One suggestion for the future would be to read them even more slowly, so we could repeat them back to ourselves. But all in all, a lovely and powerful meditation.
