Yoga Nidra: Temple Of Receiving — A Ritual For Prosperity
by Nola Bloom
This 45-minute meditation journey invites you into deep rest with vivid imagery, and heart-opening spaciousness — followed by 15 minutes of soft ambient music to help you integrate, drift, or sleep. This practice guides you into an inner treasure-temple where old blocks around finances and receiving gently dissolve. Through the koshas, you reconnect with worthiness, soften the body, and open to the quiet truth that abundance is something you allow, not chase. Perfect when you need support, clarity, or a reminder that you are held. Music by Chris Collins

Welcome,
Everyone.
My name is Nola Bloom,
And today we open Yoganidra,
Temple of Receiving,
A ritual for prosperity and abundance,
A porthole into the soft,
Liminal threshold between waking and dreaming,
Where old patterns loosen and deeper truths arrive.
Here,
The body is invited to rest,
The mind to soften,
And the hidden knots around receiving to gently dissolve.
This journey is for anyone who's ever carried the weight of doing life alone,
For anyone who has felt the fear or contraction around money,
Worthiness,
Or receiving,
For anyone whose heart longs to trust again.
This meditation is here for the moments you feel stretched,
Wary,
Or uncertain,
The moments when you need to remember that abundance isn't something you chase,
But something you rest into,
A doorway back to enoughness,
The remembering of your natural capacity to receive.
So,
Go ahead and find a comfortable lying down position.
Take a moment to adjust anything that helps your body feel deeply at ease.
Use pillows or blankets as needed until every part of you feels fully supported.
Gently close down the eyes and allow the breath to arrive.
Let awareness drift slowly through the body,
As if invisible hands were smoothing silk over each limb.
Soften the shoulders,
Let the hips relax,
And feel the legs lengthen,
And the belly releasing tension.
The chest grows spacious,
The arms rest gently by your sides,
The whole body settling into one quiet,
Unified arrival.
There is nothing to hold,
Nothing to fix,
Nothing you need to do.
Simply follow the sound of my voice,
And let it guide you inward to the temple of receiving.
Bring awareness to the breath,
The gentle rise and fall,
The chest and belly.
Feel as though each breath is a warm glow expanding through a sacred chamber.
Inhale slowly through the nose,
Exhale softly,
Feel the breath deepen the settling,
Let the rhythm become effortless.
Let this moment feel like the temple lighting its very first candle,
The quiet spark before the ritual begins.
From this quiet inner place,
Allow your sankalpa to arise,
Your heartfelt intention that will guide your journey tonight.
Give it space,
Let it arise from feeling rather than effort.
It may come as a whisper,
An image,
A sensation,
Or a wordless knowing.
And if no words appear,
Simply breathe inwardly,
I am open to the abundance that is flowing towards me,
And when it arrives,
Hold it gently in the palms of your awareness,
As though it were something precious.
Then place it in the center of your heart,
And feel it settle.
Now imagine yourself lying in a small wooden boat,
Drifting across warm,
Turquoise water.
The sea beneath you glows with its own inner light,
Guiding you with effortless grace.
Ahead,
A pale sandbar appears,
Soft,
Shimmering,
Dusted with flecks of gold.
The boat glides onto the shore without a sound.
Step out of the boat,
And feel the sand gather between your toes,
Warm and silken.
Palm trees sway gently above you,
And before you rises a cliff of rose-hued stone.
At its base,
A narrow opening to a cave breathes a soft golden glow.
As you walk towards it,
The air cools,
A gentle hum begins.
You step inside,
The cave is narrow at first,
And then it widens.
Allow your whole being to expand here,
As if stepping into a dream you once lived long ago.
You enter a vast treasure chamber,
And everything inside you goes quiet.
Mountains of gold coins glow with warm,
Honeyed light.
Treasure chests overflowing with jewels,
Ruby,
Emerald,
Sapphire,
Diamond,
Shimmering like living fire.
Pearls spill across the stone ledges like moonlit waterfalls.
Crystals rise from the earth,
Humming with ancient presence.
Ribbons of gold drift through the air as though welcoming you home.
Light dances everywhere.
The cavern feels alive and enchanted.
At the center rests a luxurious bed of soft,
Glowing silk.
Feminine,
Luminous,
Inviting.
As though woven from moonlight and ancient blessings of soft,
Golden silk.
It looks like it has been waiting for you for centuries.
Walk to it.
Lie down.
Let the silk cradle you.
Let the treasure light surround you.
As you settle into the bed,
You feel a single point of golden light gathering at the center of your forehead.
Soft,
Quiet,
Steady.
With each breath,
It brightens gently and divides into two shimmering currents.
Warm,
Ruby light on the right.
Cool,
Sapphire on the left.
Lingering like twin stars at your third eye.
With your next slow exhale,
They begin to flow downward seamlessly guiding you into a deeper journey.
The ruby red light begins its descent with tenderness of warm hands smoothing over the body.
It glides down the right side of your face,
Illuminating the temple,
Softening the eye,
Warming the cheek.
It melts through the jaw and ear,
Down the right side of your throat,
Across the shoulder,
Flowing down the right arm,
Elbow,
Wrist,
And into the palm of the right hand.
Here it gathers,
Pooling like molten ruby.
Warm,
Velvety,
Alive.
From the center of your palm,
The glow travels outward,
Igniting each fingertip as though tiny ruby constellations were awakening one star at a time.
The light travels down the right ribs and into the right chamber of the heart.
It flows into your right hip,
Thigh,
Knee,
Shin,
Ankle,
And into the sole of your right foot,
Where it pools in a warm,
Ruby glow and then spreads outward,
Lighting each toe as though tiny ruby embers were flickering awake.
Now the sapphire blue light descends in a perfect mirror,
Cool,
Moonlit,
Soothing.
It traces the left side of your face,
Illuminating the temple,
Softening the eye,
Cooling the cheek,
Melting through the jaw and ear.
It flows down the left side of your throat,
Across the shoulder,
Flowing down the right arm,
Left arm,
Elbow,
Wrist,
And into the palm of the left hand.
Here it gathers,
Pooling like liquid sapphire,
Silken,
Serene.
It then drifts outward,
Brushing each fingertip with soft,
Shimmering,
Tiny sapphire lanterns coming to life.
It travels through the left ribs and into the left chamber of the heart.
It flows into your left hip,
Knee,
Shin,
And into the sole of your left foot,
Where it settles in a cool sapphire glow that drifts along the arch before flowing outwards,
Illuminating each toe like delicate drops of cool,
Blue starlight.
Now bring awareness to the whole right side of the body,
Warm,
Ruby bright.
Now bring awareness to the whole left side of the body,
Cool,
Sapphire soft.
Sun and moon.
Warmth and coolness.
Action and surrender.
Two halves of one luminous being rest in this exquisite polarity.
Then,
Gently,
Both currents begin to draw inward,
Ruby and sapphire flowing towards the heart like two rivers returning home.
They swirl together,
Firelight meeting moonlight,
An alchemy as old as creation.
As they merge,
A single,
Radiant,
Emerald green jewel forms at the center of your body.
Your chest,
Alive,
Warm,
Pulsing with a slow,
Steady glow.
Feel the emerald light softening the heart from within,
Loosening old projections,
Dissolving what has grown tight or afraid.
Let the warm,
Emerald light touch each hidden space,
Each shield,
Each old contraction.
Breath by breath.
The heart grows more spacious,
More open,
More willing.
Now the emerald light expands,
Gently and steadily,
Moving through your entire body.
Feel it settling into the bones.
Softening the organs.
Brightening the skin.
Your entire body becomes one,
A unified field of shimmering emerald green light.
Rest in this luminous emerald light.
Feel how the silk beneath you subtly shifts to hold this new radiance,
And meeting you with a deeper steadiness,
As if sensing the heart's awakening.
You are prosperity.
You are abundance.
And now,
Return to the breath.
Feel the prana rise through you like a warm,
Luminous air,
Spreading softly through the chest,
Widening the ribs,
Brightening the inner currents,
Exhale,
Feel the body softening,
Releasing old tension like mist dissolving in sunlight.
With each breath,
Subtle rivers of energy awaken.
Flowing along the spine,
Circling the heart,
Brushing through the belly,
Widening behind the throat.
You are being breathed by something greater.
The same life force that moves tides,
Wind,
And growth.
Rest here,
Held in this gentle,
Glowing pulse.
Now feel a gentle light gathering above you,
A quiet invitation.
As you follow it,
Your awareness rises softly from the bed,
Drifting towards a glowing archway.
You enter a small amethyst alcove,
In the center rests a mother-of-pearl chest,
Luminous and pulsing gently.
Walk towards the chest and place your hands on the lid.
Take a deep breath,
And as you exhale,
Slowly open the chest.
Inside you are met with soft,
Shimmering glow that takes your breath for a moment.
The entire chest glistens gold,
Pink,
Diamond,
Pearl,
As though lit from within.
Your eyes are first drawn to a pile of golden coins,
Each coin represents a moment you kept going when it would have been easier to stop.
Pick one up and feel the cool weight,
Solid and undeniable,
Proof of your endurance.
Beside them,
Small rose quartz hearts,
Gently glowing.
Hold one against your chest,
Feel how it warms your hand as if love that once couldn't land is finally returning home.
You see a diamond mirror,
Lift it carefully and see your own reflection appear.
Watch the glow of the cavern touch your features.
See the brilliance that has always been yours.
Even on days you forgot.
And then you notice one luminous pearl.
Cradle it in your palm and feel the innocence it carries,
The truth that some parts of you were never harmed,
Never touched by struggle.
Let each treasure speak to you in its own way.
Let them settle into your body as quiet truths.
Let them rewrite the old narratives gently.
Now close down the chest and notice how much lighter it feels,
Easier to carry,
As if heaviness has been lifted from your soul.
And now a quiet inner dawn arises,
Warm as candlelight through stained glass,
Awakening something ancient within your chest.
Hear truths that were always yours surface effortlessly.
You are never separate from abundance.
Your worth is inherent.
Receiving is natural.
Life has been supporting you all along.
Let this knowing move through the subtle body like warm water soaking into dry earth.
Nothing to analyze,
Nothing to chase,
Just remembering,
Just returning.
Let this final unveiling feel like stepping from beyond form into pure shimmering existence.
Now let everything dissolve,
The cavern,
The silk,
The jewels,
Melting into a warm field of pure being.
No edges,
No effort,
No separation,
Only softness only radiance only the quiet hum of your truest self.
Hear abundance isn't something you seek,
It's the nature of your essence.
The effortless fullness beneath each breath.
Float here,
Held,
Whole,
Infinite,
And feel your breath again.
Gentle,
Steady,
Warm.
Feel your body resting on the earth and now return to your sankalpa.
Let it rise once more in the heart.
Clearer,
Brighter,
More certain than before.
Repeat it inwardly with quiet confidence.
Feel it rooting through the chest,
Softening into truth,
Becoming part of you,
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
Stretch the body softly and when you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes.
The temple of receiving now lives within you.
Along with the quiet truth that abundance is a state you carry,
Not something you chase.
Trust the openness you cultivated tonight Trust the way your body remembers ease.
Trust that you're already aligned with what you're longing for.
Namaste.
