My name is Nola Bloom and welcome to this womb awakening meditation.
This practice is a gentle feminine journey designed to awaken the divine feminine energy within your womb and to bring harmony to your body,
Mind and spirit.
It supports you in reconnecting with your creative essence and the intuitive wisdom that lives within your sacred womb space.
When you are ready,
Find a comfortable lying down position.
You may extend your legs or bring the soles of your feet together in butterfly pose.
Let your body settle,
Close down your eyes and slow the breathing down.
Allow the breath to become full,
Yet remain feeling natural.
Allow each exhale to soften something inside you.
Now gently place your hands on your lower abdomen,
Just below your navel.
Now bring your thumbs and forefingers together,
Forming a downward facing triangle,
Your sacred womb mudra.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and draw that breath all the way down to the belly.
Feel the belly expand and exhale softly through the mouth.
Then again,
Big breath,
Visualize that breath traveling right into your womb,
Filling it with warm and healing light.
Exhale through the mouth,
Releasing any tension or stagnation you may be holding.
One more time,
Big breath in,
Right down to the womb space,
And exhale with a soft sigh.
Now allow the breath to return to a natural rhythm.
Allow the womb to expand and relax with each breath.
With every inhale,
Draw in love and light.
With each exhale,
Release stress,
Heaviness,
Or old stories that no longer serve.
Now imagine a beautiful glowing iridescent light forming at the center of your womb.
See it radiating warmth and energy,
And filling your entire lower abdomen with a soft luminous glow.
As the light grows brighter,
Visualize yourself standing at the gate of a lush,
Vibrant garden.
The air is sweet with the scent of flowers.
A gentle breeze moves through the ancient trees.
As you walk through the garden,
Feel the softness of the grass beneath your feet,
And feel it grounding you in the sacred inner landscape.
The garden is alive with color.
Each blossom a reflection of your creative expression.
The crimson roses symbolize passion and beauty,
Their petals opening like your own potential.
Lavender bushes offer their calming aroma,
Soothing your mind,
And infusing you with clarity.
Golden sunflowers stand tall and strong,
Their radiant faces mirroring your inner resilience.
As you continue to walk,
Allow these qualities,
Beauty,
Calm,
Resilience,
To root themselves within you.
Your inner garden blooming with your own creative essence.
Ahead,
You notice a magnificent cherry blossom tree.
Its branches crowned with delicate pink blooms.
Its petals fall softly around you,
Like a fragrant rain of blessings.
Lie down beneath this tree.
Feel the earth cradling your body.
Take a big breath in,
And a long breath out.
Bring awareness again to your hands resting over your womb space.
With your next inhale,
Feel your breath traveling into the womb,
Like a gentle breeze stirring the soil of your creative garden.
With each inhale,
Feel the energy of creation flowing into your womb.
With each exhale,
Release doubts,
Fears,
Or limitations.
Feel the garden responding to your breath.
Blooming with new ideas.
New possibilities.
New expressions of your feminine essence.
Feel the energy of the garden infusing every cell of your body.
Feel your connection to the earth beneath you and the sky above you.
Rooted and rising.
Rooted and rising.
Now repeat these affirmations slowly and with intention.
Let them resonate deep within your womb.
I am connected to the universal flow of creativity.
My sacred womb space is a source of infinite possibilities.
