Radiant soul,

To the Blooming Spirit Podcast.

My name is Nola Bloom and this meditation is a tender journey into your magical womb space and the radiant healing of your heart.

Within this inner sanctuary,

Many of us rediscover our softness,

Our intuitive knowing and the sacred feminine presence that lives quietly within us.

This practice supports the gentle clearing of energetic blockages,

Places where you may have felt dimmed,

Disconnected or held back.

This is a soft returning,

A homecoming to your creative life force.

Before we begin,

Take your time to make yourself deeply comfortable.

You may light a candle,

Soften the lighting or create a cozy nest of pillows.

Lie down on your back and let your whole body exhale into support.

Let comfort be your first act of devotion.

Bring awareness to your breath.

Let each exhale be long and releasing.

Feel your body receiving each breath as a blessing.

Take a moment to honor your sacredness as a woman.

To awaken the quiet pulse that lives deep within you.

And to remember that your body is a temple of wisdom,

Softness and power.

Your womb is a vessel of sensuality,

Memory and ancient feminine knowing.

It carries your cycles,

Your intuition and the spark of creation itself.

With the next few breaths,

Imagine drawing the breath all the way down to the womb space.

As if you are breathing into a sacred inner chamber.

Let the breath become a thread that reconnects you to your own feminine magic.

Bring your hands into Shakti Mudra over your lower abdomen,

Thumbs and pointer fingers touching,

Forming a downward facing triangle.

The pointer fingers rest symbolically at the womb and the small fingers over the ovaries.

The center point,

The dantien,

Is a deep reservoir of life energy.

Breathe slowly as your awareness settles into your belly,

The holy seat of your womb.

Pause here.

Feel the warmth of your hands.

Feel the steadiness of your breath.

Now gently shift your attention towards your chest.

Visualize a warm glow radiating from the heart center.

Allow the breath to lift the chest just a little,

Awakening spaciousness behind the heart.

Take a big breath in and a big breath out.

Stay with your breath here just a little longer,

Each inhale creating space,

Each exhale melting tension.

Allow your heart to soften into ease.

On your next inhale,

Guide the breath down from the heart into the womb.

Let the exhale come with a soft sigh.

Releasing whatever no longer serves you.

Now begin to listen to the womb.

Not with the mind,

But with presence.

The space carries echoes of your own story.

The whispered threads of memory,

Desire,

Intuition,

And feminine strength.

Honor the mystery that lives here.

Whisper inwardly to your womb,

With tenderness.

Let her know you are here now,

That you are listening.

That you welcome harmony,

Balance,

And healing.

Without judgment.

Without shame.

Just pure presence.

Breathe and feel.

Give yourself space to allow whatever arises.

Emotions.

Sensations.

Impressions.

To rise like gentle tides.

Nothing to fix.

Nothing to chase.

Simply allowing.

Feel a vortex of gentle healing energy awakening in your womb center.

Let it expand slowly.

Let it rise.

Let it move through your body.

Opening you to grace,

Softness,

And renewal.

Imagine your whole body bathed in luminous celestial light.

Let this light dissolve anything heavy or stagnant.

Anything misaligned with your highest self simply softens and melts away.

Feel your heart widening with love as you breathe deeply into the womb.

Imagine a circuit of light flowing between the heart and womb.

A luminous loop of nourishment,

Devotion,

And remembering.

Let this connection grow stronger with every breath you take.

With your exhales,

Feel your body melting into softness.

You are being held and healed from within by the wisdom that has always lived in your body.

By the feminine essence that has guided you from the very beginning.

Rest here for a few more moments.

Open,

Peaceful,

And deeply relaxed.

Notice the softness in your breath.

Notice the spaciousness in your heart.

Notice the quiet strength in your womb.

Allow these sensations to weave together.

Grounding you in a sense of wholeness and inner harmony.

When you are ready,

Invite small movements into your fingers and toes.

Let your breath deepen just a little.
