Finding your comfortable seat with your spine straight,
Let your shoulders drop,
Your jaw relax.
Perhaps you like your palms facing up by your side or in your lap.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and when you're ready to exhale through your mouth and again a deep inhalation in through the nose and out through your mouth.
One more time a deep breath in,
Fill up your lungs and when you're ready exhale bringing some softness and gentleness to this moment to your awareness and call all of your energy and your attention back to you in this moment.
Inside of your body collect your thoughts from things you need to do or from other people,
Other times,
Other places.
Bring all of your energy and your attention and your awareness just to this moment and just notice the sensations of being inside of your body,
Sending some love and gratitude to this physical form that you inhabit and now bring your attention,
Your energy,
Your awareness to your toes,
To the bottoms of your feet,
The soles of your feet and also to your bum or any other part of your body that is making contact with the furniture where gravity is holding you and supporting you.
Furniture or the floor,
Wherever you're making contact with your body to something solid and secure and in those places imagine and see with your mind's eye that you have roots,
Long dripping beautiful roots,
Healthy roots growing down from your body in these places where you're making contact with the floor furniture and going down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Dripping down,
Healthy long wet dripping roots like Amazon jungle style roots and envision these roots going down into the dirt,
Down into the crust of the earth,
Dripping down the mantle and into the core and in this way you are energetically connecting with the earth energy and these roots,
This root system allows you to feel connected,
Grounded,
Supported supported and as you're envisioning all of these roots going down,
Connecting with the center of the earth,
Now get a sense of energy coming up,
Earth energy rising up through these roots and up through the bottoms of your feet and up through the base of your spine and into your physical body and notice what this energy feels like,
Support,
Nurturing,
Grounding,
Connection and notice how when you use your awareness this way you actually just become more aware of your physical body,
It's so to just be inside of our bodies,
Connect with our bodies,
To feel at home in our bodies,
Creating this safe space inside of your own body and now bringing your energy your attention and your awareness up to the space between your eyebrows to the third eye,
The sixth chakra,
Your pineal gland and get a sense of lightness and universal energy,
Divine love and consciousness surrounding you,
It's all around,
Above,
Beyond and through you through you and now envision that you just have an opening right there in that spot,
A portal and all of this love,
All divine intelligence and energy,
Consciousness comes in to your physical body from this point and all you need to do is just allow and take deep breaths,
Allow all of this light,
Cosmic energy,
Divine love to fill you up,
Fill it entering into your body and then cascading down your face,
Down your head,
Down your neck,
Across your shoulders,
Down your arms and just get a sense of what this feels like,
See how much subtle energy you can notice,
You don't need to give it words or explanations,
It's a sensorial experience that happens with your body and now physically open your hands and bring your palms almost together but you're going to be making the shape of a ball and notice the heat exchange between your hands,
The energy exchange between your hands,
The hands have their own chakras,
Energy portals inside of your hands that emit from your hands,
Envisioning that you're holding a ball between your hands,
It's a ball of energy and you can play with bringing your hands apart,
Bringing them closer together,
Get a sense of heat and electricity and energy between your hands and see it in your mind's eye as this beautiful glowing luminescent ball of light in front of you,
Bring it closer to you and now as you're holding this ball of energy,
Scan through your body and notice where you have some contraction,
Even some pain,
Some stuck sticky point,
Some place that's lacking flow and ease inside of you and while you're still holding this ball in front of you,
Bring your energy,
Your attention and your awareness to this place inside of you,
Maybe it's a place of longing,
Maybe it's a place of grief,
Maybe it's a place of sadness or of stress,
Anxiety,
Just find it,
You don't necessarily have to name it,
Just find it and take a deep breath into that place inside of your physical body,
Bringing more space and light,
Some room around there and then bringing your energy,
Your attention,
Your awareness back to the energy ball you're holding in your hand and then slowly and gently and mindfully bring it towards,
Bring the energy ball towards your physical body to that exact place that had your attention earlier,
Let that energy ball just absorb into your body,
Creating some comfort,
Some soothing,
Some healing,
Some radiant vibration to a place where your physical body had been holding on,
Bringing more expansion,
More awareness,
More light,
More attention to this place inside of you and take a deep breath in through your nose,
When you're ready,
Exhale through your mouth and feel this energy ball absorbing into you and merging with you and flowing to where it is needed,
Creating more space and light within your own physical body,
Feel that energy radiating and emanating out from that place until it's as wide as your body,
See it expanding even further,
Until it's as tall as your body,
Giving yourself a sense of being inside of this light bubble,
This light energy ball,
As you continue expanding it with your awareness,
Expand it beyond your body,
Expand it further to be as big as the room that you are in or the space that you're occupying,
Expand it even further,
The neighborhood or the area that you're in,
Expand it even further to cover the country that you are in,
Further,
Even further,
The continent that you reside in,
Further and even further to feel it emanating out from you,
Circling around and coming right back into you,
Feeling and bringing your awareness to the interconnectedness of all beings,
We really are all one and your healing is my healing and my healing is your healing,
Take a deep breath in,
You can put your hands over your heart space if you like or one hand on your heart and one hand on your tummy,
Sending some gratitude and some love to this physical body that you are in,
All things are possible from this place of presence,
Connecting all of your energy,
Your attention and your awareness back into this moment,
This time and space and you're ready if you like,
You may gently flutter your eyes open,
