Solar Plexus Guided Meditation

The Sacral Chakra is the vortex through which we digest - both food and ideas/information. Named for the Sun, it is where we transmute external sources into our internal concepts of Self, and also where we generate energy. Paying attention to this votex gives us a greater sense of personal power. So that when we are challenged by life, we have the ability to return to ourselves for assurance that indeed we have everything that we need within us.
