Sara teaches yoga, mobility, strength, and meditation from the coast of Southern Maine and New Hampshire, where she's spent decades helping people find their footing in their own wellness, on and off the mat. Her approach is grounded, practical, and real: she wants you to feel capable, not just calm. She's a veteran, 500-hour OHYA-certified instructor with over two decades of full-time teaching experience, and 2,000 hours of training in yoga, mobility, strength, and movement neuroscience.
