Welcome to the Sound and Breath journey.

Find a quiet distraction free space where you can lay down comfortably for the next hour.

Let your body begin to relax into the floor and let go from all your daily responsibilities.

Now take a deep breath in and hold it at the top,

Collecting any stress and discomfort in the body and with a big sigh letting it all go.

Let's do that one more time.

Take a full deep inhale,

Holding it at the top and then letting it all go.

We will now begin a technique called conscious connected breathing where we breathe through the mouth consciously removing the normal pauses between each inhale and exhale connecting them into one continuous circle of repeating breath.

This technique supercharges our vital energy and has countless health benefits for our physical body as well as emotional,

Mental and spiritual health.

So let's begin by breathing in and out through the mouth.

Good.

Start deepening your breath into the bottom of your belly now,

Feeling your abdomen rise and fall with each breath.

Now begin to soften your exhales,

Simply letting each exhale go without any force or effort.

The goal is to relax and to surrender as much as you can during your exhales.

Good.

Now begin to remove the pauses between your inhalations and your exhalations,

Creating one continuous cycle of breath.

Remember to breathe deep and full,

Nourishing each energy center or chakra with each breath.

Continuing to breathe deep and full,

Filling the belly and remembering to nourish up into the upper energy centers of the heart.

Good.

As the energy increases in your body,

You might begin to feel different sensations such as tingling,

Cramping,

Heat,

Coldness or numbness.

This is all completely normal.

Just observe the sensations without creating story and remember that you are in control of the intensity that you feel,

Breathing as little or as dynamically as you wish.

This is your journey and take your time.
